I use one in black for work, it has my plates and soft armor in it, Taser on left side, front 2x AR mags, 1x multi tool and IFAK on right. Moved some of the weight off my duty belt.
It's comfortable in the patrol car, and distributes the weight well walking/driving over a 15 hr day.
Everything I need to access is right in front of me.

I use one of these everyday, great great carrier
My L/XL will barely fit XL SAPI plates, but fit they do in the inner pockets, this leaves the outer pocket free if you want a soft armor insert too.
The only issue is that as a skinny guy (6'2" and 185 lb) the shoulder straps are tightened all the way and barely get the plates positioned properly.
One tip is to lace elastic para cord in the MOLLE loops at the rear to keep the cummerbund from slipping around.
While I would not want to deploy in this it seems to be fine for casual civilian use as my "bump in the night" protection.

On hot days you will roast your ass off in it. I run soft armor and/or plates. Had it for two years now and it's actually pretty awesome.
Can you fit Hard Side plates in the side pocket of cummerbund?and what size are the front and rear plate hard plates you used for this carrier?
Can you put a square backplate in? Or does it have to be a cut plate? And can you out 6x6 or 6x8 hard plates in side?

I have the Condor CPC carrier and I think they are well made. Hopefully I"ll never have to use it.

I was debating between this plate carrier and the MOPC version. What are your thoughts? Both are roughly close in price.
dvxman72 This one has a little more real estate, but is also more bulky than the MOPC. I currently run the MOPC.

Do yourself a favor and look at warrior assault systems. If you are gaga over condor, you'll bust nuts everywhere when you get one on.
+Kevin theTacDaddy Warrior has good gear, don't get me wrong..but for the low cost of Condor, it's hard to beat it. I've been running a Condor carrier for over a year and use and abuse it constantly. I am in it every weekend, crawling around, shooting, running etc.. in it and I have had zero issues with it. Nothing "gaga" about it. I've never used Condor that I was disappointed in, but I am not under some belief that they are the best out there.
huh... at 0:51 you can easily see the stitching on the velcro give way. Looks like some sketchy build quality.
I got this one as a demo because it had flaws and couldn't be sold.

That thing is worse melting hazard ever.
It's made of codura, and codura is no melt/no drip, so I'm not sure what to tell you.
@@RTTGunsGear Mine melted i had it sit few feet away from fire at camp one nite along with boots.. Both were at least 3 feet away from the flame. Boots got dry and vest got melted to shit.
Lmao that carrier is brand new. You can't give a good review on something you just got, and didn't pay a dime for and expect people to take you seriously.
If you're too stupid to understand what an initial review is based on years of experience with body armor and carriers, I don't want you here anyway. Bye!
