Buy random properties, like closed down stores directly in city centre on Grey or Northumberland and then rent them out to associated parties on 5 year leases for tens of millions. Get associated parties to pay for contracts with NUFC for staff and players to do advertising and media for them...

All the FFP and PSR is a total waste of time. If a club goes bankrupt then that's their problem. The Premier League should scrap the whole embargo and then we'd see players like Bellingham, Jamall and Mbappe queuing up to come here.
