“You don’t need to be full of yourself”. How ironic.

Then goes on insulting Haaland saying how “his barber needs to conduct himself better”. Real definition of being full of yourself
Didn’t Messi say a few choice words to the Netherlands manager at the WC post game on the field?? Let’s not rewrite history to suit our narratives.
Van gaal has a reputation of hating South American footballers, he also disrespected his friend riquelme during his time at barca, then he set his team up to not only hurt Messi but his team... Van gaal is a scumbag, inform yourself before commenting
Messi was retaliating to a angry manager. Haaland was picking a argument with a manager shaking his players hands and not even looking at him.
How many times have Messi done that? Messi is one of the most humble players. No one is 100%, but the reason Messi is exceptional is he knows when to choose his battles. How many times have you seen Messi doing a back and forth with players coaches for a long span of time. Messi was one of the most of the criticised players, especially with the failure to win a trophy for Argentina, he was insulted, called names, Jersey was burned by Argentines, but Messi did not break, he stayed humble still and he is the G.O.A.T. keyword is "choose your battles", not all battles are worthy
That's just one incident. It is rare for Messi. Show me other examples of Messi's confrontations with players and managers etc.
@@utiprecious638🤦In the
Champions League match between Barcelona and Málaga in 2008, Messi littraly spat on the Málaga defender Duda.
Messi humble??? I can remember the 1/2 final against Holland where he and the whole Argentinian football players were not humble at all.
The Dutch Manager trash talk about him so after scoring he celebrated Infront of him..
Hey let’s act as if Messi did that unprovoked.
Let leave that part out lol
Yea becausr there was definitely no context to that situation at all lmao goofy
All of this because Haaland provided the bit of 'needle' that people had been crying out for because the City-Liverpool rivalry was deemed too 'friendly'? Talk about a mountain out of a molehill 😂
But as a player you dont need to say that to another manager, you can say to other players not a manager.
@@leokapere I don't see what the difference is, tbh. If he tried to tackle him, I'd understand, but all he did was make a sarcastic comment.
@@QuentinMajor the manager shock his hand, if the manager did something different then that would provok the comment. Secondly what has Arteta done or said that shows arrogance?? Celebrating his team goals on the touch line? Pep celebrate, Klop used to celebrate.

Modric and Kroos are 2 perfect examples for me of being humble while being world class players.

Hattrick against who? Bournemouth 🤣😅🤣😅😅😅😅
To be fair he wouldn’t know who Jordan is and saw him take his phone out as soon as he saw him and put 2+2 together.
What's your point? So if Haaland didn't recognise Simon Jordan & thought he was just a member of the public it would have been ok to talk to him like that? He comes accross as an arrogant prick to be honest.
Haaland needs to understand that he isn't working on a cure for cancer or how to solve the world's environmental issues. He's just someone who kicks a ball about for money so in the grand scheme of things he is a nobody.

Have some respect at least for the manager. He went to too far there. Imagine an Arsenal player tapping Pep and telling him to stay humble. Players can’t do that no matter who they are.

Is employing and playing a r@pist your idea of 'classy'?
Are u forgetting there behaviour in last couple of seasons celebrating in opposite faces they seem like cunts on/ off the field
Gooner here. I didnt like it, but I also think haaland was still in the heat of the battle and just hadnt calmed down after the match. Maybe his emotions got the better of him. He probably wouldnt have said that to Arteta any other time.

Only Liverpool FC are humble. The most humble club in the world with the most humble players
"If you do call us, stay humble"
I love how Simon’s always got a story about a particular person 😂😂
Talk about an overreaction! Haaland has been exemplary during his time in England and has reacted to a a very emotional environment in the week that he suffered a very difficult bereavement. Things happen in life, people respond differently. Hardly crime of the century to give a manager (with often questionable behaviour) a bit of a ticking off. Fabregas threw a pizza at Fergie and less was made of it!
What is Simon on about “you forget your just a footballer” fair enough but everything haaland did like it or not was on the pitch these guys are talking like haaland is Jamie carra and spat on fans or something…
Messi the perfect example? Really? Spitting on players, raising your jersey infront of Madrid fans, calling Jamie a sheep. Really? Messi. Clownish Murphy
When it is player to player is understood as competitivenes or rivalry.

Every bad City result for two seasons now has been put down to 'fear of the 115'. Was the court case on their mind when they won the treble and four in a row?

There's plenty of times he reacted like that on the pitch... Including him chatting sh!t to lesser players
Haaland acted like he did because he was rattled. He could not bully Gabriel and Saliba like he does other players and threw a temper tantrum. Other defenders will look at that and do the same.

I must say, after the arsenal game, It's the first time I've seen Erling appear disrespectful and full of himself. Didn't think this was in his character. Going to become disliked acting like this.
It was cowardly move to throw ball at opponents head when his back was turned. If an Arsenal player did this he’d be banned for a game
Arsenal were getting ready to take 📸
Arsenal were time wasting for 60mins
Haaland hit it on the head with "humble"....
Haaland 's conduct was borderline stupid, so immature
Imagine the outrage if an Arsenal player had done that to the precious, smug, arrogant Haaland. Guardiola would be kicking chairs and crying in the press conference. The Citycentric media and pundits would be calling for a two year ban. Haaland is guilty of delaying play by throwing the ball away, and dangerous play, ungentlemanly conduct to name but three but because it's City, it's OK.
I just don't understand the meaning or what it's supposed to mean, Arteta is a reasonable level-headed guy and certainly not someone who would gloat or shove a win down your throat. He does get emotional but more often than not about his own team or decisions on the pitch. He actually praises City a lot more than he needs to if anything, with that in mind I'm not sure what Haalland means. Any help welcome if you know 😮
Haaland should learn from his father. His dad tried to be clever with an opposition player it ended his career.
Hard to believe Haaland said that out of nowhere
Arteta is a smiley wind up merchant always acting up on the sidelines
So rather than blame behaviour which you see with your own eyes, you'd rather speculate on the unknown and blame that instead? Well, let's say someone said something to Haaland to make him respond like that. I'd find it hard to believe that that person said that unknown thing to Haaland out of nowhere. See how ridiculous this game gets?
