- In a bid to get the Troopy all looking the same colour I call on all the family for a working bee to help with the prep for a bush ready paint job in preparation for Long Drive for a Drought.
We had a fun day with everyone getting involved, and I'm very thankful for all the help!

I came across your channel last week. As an owner of a 1997 Toyota Bandeirante, as the Land Cruiser is known in Brazil, it is not only fun but I am also learning a lot. Toyota built the Land Cruiser in Brazil from 1958 to 2001. Initially petrol engines, then Mercedes engines and since 1994, 14B engines were used. The classical style of the FJ40 was kept until 2001. Can't see any practical purpose to the wiper cover hole and plug.
I assume it's from the manufacturing process; the hole would allow air to enter to assist in removal of the die after the shape has been pressed in.
No offense but, I do not like the color. Well done though.
Thanks mate, colour is a personal choice, this one is my wife's pick and I love it.
