This is pretty much par for Mercedes, over the last few years. Yet people ( apparently ) are constantly surprised when a marginally better performance from the team doesn’t materialize into success!
They're definitely sabotaging him. Leadership clearly is upset that he's leaving and they're intentionally dragging him through the mud before his departure. Really terrible given all he's done for that team
What's done is done. I hope he will have a good time in ferrari. Even tho they might have bad strats sometimes, I think lewis will be happy in ferrari, since ferrari is better than merc.
I'm afraid it is so obvious what Mercedes are doing to Lewis Hamilton and it's disgusting and so disrespectful to the man the built the team to what it is today. They are so obviously trying to demoralise him in readiness for his move to Ferrari. I really do feel for Lewis, a great champion that deserves more.
Hamilton did not build the team and he isn’t capable of doing that. He is a driver that’s all. Don’t forget contract negotiations were ongoing with Mercedes when he announced he had signed for Ferrari. He is lucky they let him drive the season. They should have put “super” Mick in his seat for the season. A contract doesn’t mean a guaranteed race seat. As for Hamiltons car being at fault when he span out and he never spins out, remember Brazil a couple of years ago? Hamilton drove into the fence on the warm up lap, not even at race speed! Ross Brawn built the ten with Nikki Lauda. Wolf hasn’t and never has had a clue, sort of obvious when Lauda died and left nobody with a race brain in place. Hamilton just isn’t that good as you lot think he is. Even Perez could have won when they had that dominant car and, now they haven’t Hamilton has shown he isn’t that great. Wait til he gets to Ferrari, he ain’t going to win a title there either, they are letting a better driver leave.
