How to Perfectly Brown Hamburger the Simple Way

- Have you ever wondered how to brown hamburger perfectly? I know I did when I first wanted to. As always, I like to keep my cooking processes simple. So here I show you my way of perfectly browning hamburger.
1. Preheat your skillet on medium high for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add the hamburger to the skillet (I like to use 80/20 hamburger)
3. Start separating the hamburger into little pieces (you pick the size)
4. Let the hamburger cook until it is cooked about halfway up the sides of the pieces, then flip and separate more if needed.
5. Once cooked through, drain the grease and return to skillet
6. Let the hamburger cook for a couple more minutes or until lightly carnalized. Season now if desired and try not to overcook!
Now it is perfectly browned and ready for the recipe it goes in.
