What is that sound?! Rarely have I heard such powerful yet warm voices at full height and such degree of blending! And seeing Goerke kiss the hand of a new (Wunder)kid on the block as a sign of gratitude and appreciation was really nice! Great voices, astonishing performers! Thanks for sharing this gem.

Watson Everly some of the “golden age of opera” sopranos chose to stop using it because “if you use the bottom you lose the top” (there’s a whole UA-cam video on it “The diva’s and chest voice” I think)

THIS IS NOT OLD ITALIAN SCHOOL, I find quite insulting for those who really sang from the italian school way. This is not great singing my god, this is Nasal, knöded, constricted, wobbly, bad use of chest voice. I am not been close-minded, I built up my criteria listen to the great ones , please make yourself a favor and listen to : Simionatto, Raisa, Barbieri, Dimitrova, Ponselle, Tebaldi !!!!!!!

    • @chaserooface

로보 티니콜라스 you’re a troll. This is better than old Italian technique. Italians invented it, then everyone else (mostly Americans) perfected it. I think you’re the BEST technique you’ve ever heard with the FIRST technique you e ever heard.
