I love the design of this house. Simple, very homey. The house is big but doesn't feel so grand, and that is so perfect for me. If money isn't the issue, I'll buy this house for my papa right away.

Ang ganda ng bahay na ito. The only thing lacking is, walang aircon, window type or split type naka install sa mga room. One more thing I noticed, walang niche sa mga bathroom, considering the price.
I love this house! But I wonder why you never show the staff room and the storage spaces? In all house tour you never show these places.
Anyway, this became the house of my dreams, very spacious and bright. 😊
minsan pinapakita nila, kung hindi man it's either for privacy or security reasons. baka may personal things sa loob or nandun yung mga staff while naghahouse tour sila
kung ganyang ka pricey yung magiging bahay ko.. sana may swimming pool na din:)

Again, the family area on the 2nd floor is a waste of space song nce there's already a living room downstairs.
If I'm not mistaken, the living room on the ground floor doesn't have a place for TV, and the family area at the first floor is the best place for the TV area or family area.
It is a very nice house but I have noticed many houses in Philippines have too many glassed walls which is not appropriate
because it attracts too much sunlight and making the house too hot !
Yes it may be very bright during daytime but again it will bring too much heat in the living room or dining area.
It should have a tv wall without the reflection of sunlight against it.
I have been watching many houses - again and again many houses have the same problem !

Are you talking about traditional shattering or tempered glass? Meron ding special heat-resistant glass na nilalagay sa mga sky scrapers na mas maraming sunlight ang nakukuha dahil sa elevation. Magkakaiba po ang glass na ginagamit sa structures kaya iba-iba ang heat transfers ng mga glass. Maganda siguro kung may engineer na maeexplain kung tama po ang theory ninyo na mas mainit ang bahay pag puro glass windows.

way overpriced😂for an outdated design.....even if its located in antipolo....u can build this house on a 8-12m budget real talk of course lot not included..so u literally paid 15-18 million alone for the location.😅...dodoblehin ng seller ung puhunan😅
