Ganda ng exterior pero maliit tingnan ang sa loob. Yung kitchen halos singlaki ng living at dining area combined. Pagpasok mo dining table agad makikita mo kasi yung Living room maliit tingnan at parang naka tago dahil ang sofa ay nasa ilalim ng stairs. Maliit tuloy tingnan yung living area.
Oo nga maganda sana kaya lang much spacious sa labas dapat niluwagam din ang living room halos magkadikit na living at dining

A nice size property but overly detailed while playing on using different textures and color. No cohesiveness. In the end parang they bought different materials dahil naka clearanc, para makatipid.

My family's (5 adults) looking for a house. Most houses for sale nowadays looks so sophisticated outside. Living and dining areas are spacious. But the bedrooms. 😢 Imagine the things that one adult has and mostly the bedrooms are quite small, even the storages inside the bedroom. Bedrooms are as important as living areas. One would prefer (atleast for me and my family) walk in closets in each rooms rather than ensuite bathrooms. Wish your channel will feature properties with larger bedrooms. Hoping architects would design much more "homey" houses, with of course sophisticated features. Please mind the bedrooms. 😢

Who can walk up and down that many steps, not many 60-70 year old people and what percentage of Philippine citizens can afford that house, seems like it's out of reach to most people no matter what country you live in. Living there year round isn't easy with the heat, better to rent short term, interest on $500,000 would pay your rent.
