Recipe:
250 ml prosecco
6 g agar agar
25 g sugar
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a pot. Set over medium heat and bring to a rolling boil for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat and transfer to a smaller bowl so the mixture doesn't cool to quickly. Use a dropper to drop the gummy bear mix into silicone gummy bear moulds. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until completely cooled and firm. Pop them out and serve. If you want a chewier, more traditional gummy texture, let them dehydrate overnight on a drying rack.

I really like these videos, cause they are fast and specific. Not like 15 minutes, where 5 min are about agar, 5 about prosecco, 3 about moulds and 2 is the recipe. Straight foward knowledge. I like it a lot !
I agree!
Ahhhh!! It has to boil!! Thank you!! Something was missing for me!
Thx very much! I reduced the recepie by half and used coffee instead of Prosecco. Turned out amazing! This channel is so underestimated ❤️❤️
a great addition to these would be a edible shimmer right into the mixture 😍
What's a shimmer & why / how does it help.?
@@freespacejunkremoval eddible glitter just adds something special!
I’ve tried these before. So good and they look so cute!
That brand sent me some free stuff, I love agar agar. Totally different feel. Pectin pâté de fruit is great too. Fairly easy once you do it a few times. If anyone goes the pectin route, I recommend that anyone who’s trying to master it just tries it a few times in a row, use a candy thermometer, and time every thing. And act quickly! Pectin firms up much faster than Agar and gelatin 👨🍳
The Prosecco bears look great and yummy dessert
Omg I'm definitely trying this!!! 😍
Thank you for this recipe I will be making Elderberry gummies😊
Same! I tried it before I saw this and I think my mistake was not making sure the liquid boiled.
You doing Great job please keep up!

Thanks for this video :D
So cute
Love this video and want to try these! What is the best way to store these? Can you store these without them sticking together?
Amazing content!! 👌 Keep it up, thanks
Aw thank you for such a lovely comment 💚 and will do!
Whoa!
Hello, may I have some guidance on the gummy texture. Will I refrigerate then leave out for the change of texture?
Can you do it with a regular juice like orange?
Nice...where can you buy the bottles to put the gummies in to sell it
Does the amount of agar agar need to be precise? I don't have any measuring scales
I’ve been trying to make vegan gummies for a bit now, but they always sweat so much that they feel literally wet! They won’t dry out and even when I let them sit in the sugar/citric acid mix they just get the sugar wet and everything turns slimy.
Did these turn out wet at all?
Hey, I have a question is it true that if you boil the prosecco the alcohol evaporates?
Should I store them in the fridge after boiling
can i exclude the sugar?
...and another one!
How long does these last out of the fridge?
How long do they last?
So sweety
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Nice video. Fast and specific. May I ask how long is the shelf life of these gummies?
Same here? Shelf life?
What if I put them in my dehydrator for 30 minutes to 1 hour? Hmmm
Hi
Is there anything I replace for the sugar?
You can replace it with monk fruit extract.
Any advantage to using Prosecco or anything else carbonated over an acidic white or rosé?
no
I can't make those because I am gonna eat them all😂😂😂Yumm
Mine did not get thick no sugar added
Boil it longer and hotter.
Too bad I can’t have these yet... I’m only 15 :/
Use your moms bottles… the alcohol is boiled out… truth! These are alcohol free… but I’ll bet you can use a soda of any flavor and not need to add any sugar perfect for kids
