does the power come from your hips like a suplex? is it more the pulling arm (left arm ) or using the pushing arm the right arm to punch him up into the sky?

There isn’t really power; it’s about leaning my weight so that my hips and leverage do the work.

@@JasonLayton ive tried many times and it doesnt work for me haha its really frustrating! so the leverage is to push my hips towards the opponent and lean backwards while pulling and pushing with my arms?

B Play without seeing you so it, it’s hard to trouble shoot it. Also, not all wrestlers are vulnerable to it. Can you do it when drilling?

@@JasonLayton maybe i can send a video of me doing it to you after the quarantine ends? i cant really do it properly it always looks weird i kind of go into a sitting position after trapping his leg and topple him over and i dont feel like its a throw , it feels more like a trip

Sag headlock when he steps out.

The under-hook might be a bit awkward for a sag headlock, but you might be able to make it work.
