ive noticed that while you are far away from creatures u shoot while standing up
try to shoot in stealth aways u will do 2,5x damage aways helps a lot to one shot stuff

Just discovered your channel recently and love your videos. Having the sound of the pick in synch with the music was a win.
from what I remember if you max out all your talents in the bow tree vs the gun tree and you have the top level bow, ie, the composite bow, I think the bow slightly edges out in dps. Gun might be a bit stronger than the bow per hit but bow shoots faster. Plus if you ever take that character on the missions you get from the space station you can make arrows out of stone and sticks whereas you will have to build up to making ammo, unless you want to spend money every time to bring ammo with you, which also takes up space so you can't bring other things with you.
Keep meat in a hotkey for quick heals; For the bears when they charge side step and move toward the way the bear came from turn and fire, rinse repeat until the bear becomes food...Always Always collect bone, you will need it to make crushed bone... Man I yelled at the screen DONT when you clicked to make 3 sets of screws :).

I recommend that you have a look at a couple of bear dancing/jousting icarus videos.
Flint arrows are even more effective - may be worth a look.

I was so excited when you got the rifle. I thought there would be no stopping you now. It’s a pity you can only fire one shot before reloading, though. Especially when reloading takes such a long time. Still, the new bow you have is wonderful. I’m glad I don’t have to make the decisions about which new things to unlock. I would find it so difficult to work out what to prioritise.
It sounds like there's an even better rifle that we can unlock. So I have some work to do :)
Hey Mister! You can matador bears, they are becoming the easiest predator to take with that trick. When the bear charges at you just step aside and run a bit forward, and then turn around, shoot one and do the process again :) time consuming, but most probably you wont get hurt at all

Ran into my first polar bear. ran away. couldn't run far enough. fed the bear me. oh well.

you got lucky with the mission to retrieve the ids. i have had one where i had to retrieve 5 and 2 of the bodies were on top of each other and each body only had 1 id tag.
FYI theres a talent under farming that allows u to make gun powder from fertilizer and charcoal. Super efficient and basically makes gun powder free, especially for shotgun shells and grenades

Cool... you know you can get bone from the animal skeletons? Knife or pick axe will harvest it. Also eating heaps of cooked meat recovers health :)

Haha yeah found that out after the last video where I went to look for mammoths just for their bones 😅
i love watching this series
this game is nice. but be aware that you can build inside the caves to reach the ores adn can also build a bridge above the mountain to shorten the trips. you should also moce the scarecrow on the right side onf the house, its where crocs spawn. the world respawns everytime you reload the game thats why theres always crocs there. You can build farms to get those strawberrys and other special fruits, if you keep eating them then you wont have seeds to plant it.

depending on how hard you put the world at if its on hard then concrete is your best building type to use and anything under hard worlds like medium best to use stone, it would be cool to see you play icarus with a 2nd person if its possible for you to do. Also dont forget about deep ore mining to get ore when using the drills

Why do you have a lightening rod on the ground by you house, if you put it on the roof it will attract the lightening away from wooden buildings.

You can actually turn off the killcam, to see the damage.
I am wondering if building a small structure over the drone would have helped prevent some of the damage.
Not a bad idea... I would think it's building blocked, but there's only one way to find out
You need to make poison resistance meds for the worm missions. Then it becomes more easy mode.
