Good on you Mike for trying the octopus!! I am a hard no with certain textures too and there is no way, with the texture and the presentation, that it would have anywhere near my mouth!! LOL!

You are a braver man than I Mike. That octopus wouldn’t have even touched my fork. I am definitely a meat and potatoes man, I don’t eat anything that loved in water.

I was SUPER happy to see that they had a Cauliflower Steak (well any plant-based main option!) I'm not the biggest meat eater, but not a vegetarian (and allergic to most seafood 😢) but love it when there's a non-meat, non-seafood option as a main (and yeah I know people might say "Oh just don't eat at a steakhouse" but that's not always an option when you're staying in a hotel, traveling etc.) Love your videos! Safe travels Magic Dads! :D
I have stayed at that JW multiple times. Excellent service and beautiful hotel.

We’ve stayed at Bonnet Creek and Grande Lakes and we love the Grande Lakes JW. It’s about a 15 minute drive from property, but it has a lazy river and some really great dining.
The food all looked fabulous! That octopus definitely looked like it could reach up and wrap its tentacle around you!

Mike, you got a lot farther than I would. I'm a very picky eater and I definitely taste with my eyes. I couldn't eat an octopus.
I'm not an octopus fan, either, although I do like other kinds of seafood. The steaks looked incredible. I've had my octopus taste. Once was enough. LOL. Great video! Peace!

Ummm you are acting like JW Marriott is a motel 6. They are actually gorgeous resorts. The one in TX and AZ are spectacular. It is by no means slumming it. Yes you have a basic room but it’s still gorgeous.
Mike, if eating something makes you think of what that animal actually was before it arrived on your plate, why not regard all animals like that and go Vegan????
