It's very hard to please everyone, the reason why there isn't Puerto Ricans in the video is because there just isn't that many boricuas in Canada, who wouldn't want to have a boricua in a video, they're mad cool. It takes a lot of work to get people to show up to this videos. It just doesn't happen over night. Also with regards to the negative comments on why the video is in English. I mean common sense would tell you that this is to educate as well as to show other cultures the Latino culture and how different yet connected we are.
I'm so glad that Latin Americans are speaking mostly in both English and Spanish. For Myself, I am learning how to speak Spanish on Duolingo. But for now, I am glad that I am talking in English from the year I was born to today. Spectacular new video on a Thursday night, Marina. 😀
Why must people in Latin America learn English? Don't get me wrong, I totally agree people should learn other languages, but why does it need to be English and not French or Japanese?
I don’t agree with ‘best food.’ Their food is good, but definitely not the best. 🤣 They do have sexy people, good dancers and a cool culture. But once you marry one it gets complicated. They are very jealous and emotionally impulsive, that’s where the coolness wears off. Lol 😆

It seems that other countries don't know what Mexico is really like. The hospitality in Mexico towards others is amazing and let's not forget the parties. I've found a lot of similarities culturally between Mexicans and Brazilians.
In fact, the vast majority of us, Brazilians, can't even distinguish between the various dialects of Spanish. This only reflects how isolated we are within Latin America and South America. Many of us consume a lot of content (songs, movies, series) in English, not getting close to the rest of the (sub)continent. It's also not our fault, living in the interior of Brazil (South of State of Minas Gerais), I never studied Spanish at school, either in elementary or high school. Perspectives of a Brazilian, who by definition is grouped into a group, supposedly ethnic-linguistically homogeneous.
As a Guatemalan I have to say the most racist people I have met are other Latin Americans. People look down on us for being indigenous and a poor country.
Yeah...on tiktok I see a bunch of Latinos degrading indigenous people. It’s sad how obsessed Latinos are with white skin. In America people embrace their native roots but in Latin America, it’s a different story.

It'd be fun to do one of these with the big Anglophone countries. USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, UK, New Zealand - that'd be a lot of fun. (There are, of course, plenty more Anglophone countries where those came from, but most of them have been covered in the videos with Sub-Saharan Africa and the Caribbean).

Me encanta la gente venezolana! Tengo un montón de amigos de allá. Son muy simpáticos y su país es bello (aunque nunca he ido)
So you’ve met everyone from mexico??
Mexico definitely has VERY happy, friendly people. It is a warm, welcoming country and culture.
Brazil is similar in that aspect. I crossed the border into Uruguay and noticed right away that they were more serious and reserved, it kind of threw me off. Lol
hey, not all argentinian people are bad, blame porteños from Buenos Aires lmao

As an Arab /American , im always stereotyped as a latin American- so i surrendered and start learning Spanish. Because its hard to convince them the opposite 🤷🏻♂️-
As a Dominican/American for me is the opposite but I do not surrender 😂😂😂
Arabs & Middle eastern are very similar to Latinos 🙂
The history of when middle eastern a occupied Spain then eventually Spain colonized so much if Mexico, central and south America, i don't know Arabic but I've seen similarities with spanish
arabs influenced a lot of Colombia and Venezuela fenotype. That might be why they thing you are hispanic
I hanged out with many arabs that people thought I was one too. Latinos and Arabs are very similar.
I’m Mexican and I love Dominicans haha. They know how to party like us. Guatemalans are amazing too, beautiful people. I’d say they’re some of the most beautiful besides me preferring Mexico because of the indigenous roots. Native people are just the most attractive in my eyes

I mean common sense would tell you that this is to educate as well as to show other cultures the Latino culture and how different yet connected we are.

there's not a latino culture tho, but a bunch of different cultures that are within LATAM

Naahh, very cliché. I don't know if he tried to be funny or clever when he was asked about the country with the most beautiful people, but he came off as a sad macho ligador. Uncomfortable to watch and unnecessary.
Y en Guatemala es aún peor
@@sebastiengilrobalino5362 What?
Yeah, there's a lot of stigma with people from Centroamérica mostly based on ignorance. It's very sad
Yeah...on tiktok I see a bunch of Latinos degrading indigenous people. It’s sad how obsessed Latinos are with white skin. In America people embrace their native roots but in Latin America, it’s a different story.
