Can the delay be adjusted?
In other words does it have to be a minute? Can it be 10 seconds?

Hello! Yes, the streaming delay time can be set in five-second intervals, to a maximum of 60 seconds.

I produce a podcast currently with a Rodecaster Pro2. I want to add video to the podcast, and I want to use this machine. The format for the podcast is I introduce the episode, then I will show footage from UA-cam, Instagram, Facebook or other website, and then I will have my cousin from Philadelphia (give his thoughts about the video over bluetooth in the Rodacaster 2). I need to add my cousin over OBS, Zoom to the podcast recorded in this machine. Is this possible?

Hello! If I understand correctly, you want the Zoom video from your cousin to be an input to the SR-20HD. The switcher has two HDMI inputs. So, if you went HDMI out from whatever is receiving the video from your cousin, you could then go HDMI in to the switcher as an input. Hope that helps!
