Subscription earned. I have been keto for about 4 months, but just found your channel and started making your recipes instead of random ones online, which I think most are NOT doing keto. Your recipes are the best and have brought back many foods that I once thought escaped me until now. Love what you do and please never stop. Maybe you should write a cook book and sell it, because I promise I would buy it.
Thank you Joe! I’ve made these brownies exactly according to your directions now twice! They taste absolutely phenomenal! Love these brownies! People at work can’t believe they’re Keto! Thanks again!
I just made these, and they came out AMAZING! I don't have any chopped nuts, so just topped and mixed in with the choc chips. They taste exactly like regular brownies! Wow! Thanks so much Joe!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I have made these Brownies three times now. I love them! Great Recipe! Also I like how you weigh out your ingredients when making recipes. I feel it is the most accurate way to measure. Thanks:)
Definitely add a sweetener like stevia that you can really taste to fill that sweet tooth. I used the sweetener he mentioned but found them to taste bland so what I did was after they were done and I refrigerated them over night I cut them in half like a sandwich and put some low carb no added sugar peanut butter in like a sandwich. Oh my that did it for flavor. You can use almond butter as well so good.
I love the simplicity of your recipes and yours are my go to now. These brownies are absolutely delicious and my husband loves them as well. Best brownies ever! Keep posting your recipes please, you rock!
Joe Ive tried your Brownie recipe using the coconut flour and my man let me tell you they were amazing! I cant wait to try this one using the almond flour, Great Job as usual!
Just made these today. I didn’t have all the same brand of ingredients you had but, I followed your measurements to a T. I added cream cheese as well and they came out soooooo good.
"We're gonna use an entire stick of butter which by the way is equal to 1/2 cup or 112g of butter" YOU HAVE JUST BECOME MY FAVOURITE PERSON ON UA-cam Over here in Aus butter comes in sticks (actually more like blocks) but the sticks definitely aren't a regulated measurement I never have any idea how much butter I'm supposed to use when people refer to it in "sticks" so this was SOOOOO refreshing
Made these tonight and I am in love!!! I am low carb, low sugar by choice and finding good replacements for my favorite foods makes me soooooo happy!!!!🥰🥰. Thank you for this recipe
Our state (Florida) just became On lock down and I made a double batch of these amazing brownies for our treat. I really appreciate all the yummy Keto goodness you share! Have a great day Joe
Delicious! The batter (before eggs) tastes just like Oreo cookies to me. Wonder if I could modify this recipe and make some Oreos? Thank you! Your recipes are always good.
The most honest and sincere "keto/low-carb" information on UA-cam! You get right to the point, you don't opine and go on and on like others do. You actually show us, step-by-step, what to do and why! Thank you for showing us how to make your wonderful recipes! Happy Independence Day, Joe! :-)
I made these nd 3 of my neighbors and myself all loved them! I just want to say if you are a senior like me or just don't have as strong of arms as Jeff, take 2 bowls Beat the eggs in one and put the flour-protein powder in the other and mix them in alternately, much easier to do.
Recently started keto and chocolate is my passion and weakness. Made this recipe yesterday. It is so tasty, not going to miss regular bad carbs and sugar loaded brownies.
Thank you! Just made these. Of all the recipes I've tried, the texture of this is the best to date! I couldn't go by the book for different reasons so here were my tweaks: 1. only had unsweetened chocolate. so my sweetness level was off since I just guessed how much sweetener to use. 2. Didn't have enough powdered erythritol. So I ended with some random mixture of powdered erythritol, allulose, inulin, liquid stevia and even a drizzle of oligosacharide (which I'm still not sure if it's really carb-free). 3. I wanted to give a little more insurance for the fudgy/chewy factor so I added 1.5 tbsp of gelatin. I'm hoping getting the sweetness right will get me close to a regular brownie. I miss the real gooeyness and also that crust on the top. haha!
Ok, so I made these today. Easy to make. ✔️Tastes like a brownie✔️ almost freaked out because my Carb Management app indicates a higher net carb count. I saw the note in the recipe to eliminate the carb count for the Swerve and it came down close to what was indicated in the recipe notes. Thank goodness I’m not a dessert or sweets junkie otherwise I would be devouring these. I did just limited my self to the one serving (out of nine). I won’t tell my non-Keto friends what they are so they won’t stay around long and won’t be wasted.
Just made this and eating it right now. It is good, really good. As I dont live in "Lilly-land" I used 96% chocolate, and its not sweet enough as is, but its easily fixed the next time. I am eating it with a blob of sourcream 20% mixed with sweetener, lemonjuice and vanilla. Still good:))
I’ve made them. Except I used monk fruit and pea protein cause that’s what I had on hand. They came out excellent! Mine are not the same carb count but it is still low enough for me. (erythritol can bother my stomach sometimes)
Liliana Bringolf were they really sweet? Being in keto has made my tastebuds really sensitive to sweet things so I'm wondering if I should do half the amount of sweetener
@@Victoria_J_Phan - I know what you mean...my taste buds have changed too since Keto. I used Monk fruit and it had the perfect amount of sweetness for my taste. But as you probably already know, not all sweeteners are 1 for 1 in quantity. So depending on the sweetener you’re using, you may need to add less or more than recipe is calling for.

I love your channel. Many mouthwatering recipes and the best is that you put them in simple steps I just would like to know if you can write the recipe using cups and tbs measurements.
Haha, I think that’s the first time anyone noticed and commented on that! But it’s definitely something I think I subconsciously do in the videos ... don’t know if I’m translated IRL
Thanks for using metric; easier for Aussies like me to get the recipe right, because of removing the margin for error that comes with needing to convert, for a change.😃
Thanks for your delicious recipes! BTW, is your day job related to engineering or computer tech? I ask because no one I know ever uses a scale to weigh recipe ingredients. 😀
Just made them and came out great but for some reason there is a bit of a bitter aftertaste but I am not sure if it is due to brazil nuts or the dark chocolate i have used.
Who's got these on tap this weekend....holy moly fudge brownie deliciousness 😋
Enjoy them Holly!!

* Wisk melted butter and chocolate chips together

* Optional add a top coat of walnuts

I like how you added more chocolate chips 😂
Please tell me how you would double this recipe? Please show me the measurements! And how long to bake the brownies for?

Can you use coconut flour instead of Almond flour and Collagen power instead of protein powder
Exactly
Loving 2 Craft With Shalonda yes
Loving 2 Craft With Shalonda but you might want to use a tad bit more almond flour because it does not soak up as much as coconut flour
@@TheBelyueFam Yeah, I have the same question Joe Duff

@@frenchheng309 No I didnt change any measurements when I did the coconut flour keto brownie recipe I have not tried the Almond flour recipe as yet
Solid recipe. I swapped the butter out with 1 banana and used flax egg for the eggs. Came out amazing
1 Banana will add 23 grams of carbs to your recipe ( But they certainly help with texture. ) im curious as to how it would work with avocado...
@@ebonymenzies1917Avocado was great!!
