I agree - it is hard to find audio books that are not about murder, or, on the other hand so superficial/flat and a lot of the PGWodehouse are read in a too hurried and non-calm way… thanks gain to Nick Martin 🙏🏻
A thumbs up and a loud “Hooray”🎉 … and I haven’t even listened yet 😉 Absolutely delighted that you are offering us more PGWodehouse - you are by far my favourite narrator hitting the mood but calmer than others. Thank you so so much 😊
For starters thank you for doing these the are truly the best and if you can Please keep doing some new ones. I’ve heard every single one you have put out and there is no one and I mean no one that can do as well as you. I’ve tried listening to many different ones but have yet to hear one that narrates as well as you do.
My Dear Lord “M”, what a delightful narration. William is as devoted as Jeeves, saving the young master from the frightful perils of matrimony! Thank you for an enchanting afternoon. Cheers to YOU, julie
Lovely to hear your voice(s!) and wonderful expression again Nick. Always look forward to these, and a good few of your millions of hits are mine. From NZ.
Nick Martin is the greatest reader of his time, he brings life, conviction and passion to whatever he reads. C'était l'histoire d'une partie de chasse 😂 ! MERCI ❤
The narrator in the first person sounds a little like the delightful Maudie from the uncle’s Indian Summer. Such a pleasure to add this story to the repertoire. Thanks Nick x
Oh, good!! A ghost story for Hallowe'en! The Blandings story 'The Custody of the Pumpkin' would have been a good seasonal story too but 'Honeysuckle Cottage,' like the Empress of Blandings, brings home the bacon.
My Dad always read PG Wodehouse stories aloud when I was young. What a delightful surprise to find this. You do a great job- Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Hi. I’m not sure if I’ve left any comments before but I really love your channel. I absolutely love Jeeves and Worcester. I listen to a wide range of audiobooks in various genres. You can never have enough audiobooks in my opinion.
I have never read P. G. Wodehouse before and have been reading Jeeves and Wooster on my kindle and loving it because it's one of those rare books that can have you laughing out loud. Something we really need in these times. So, of course I immediately clicked on this when I saw it and it does not disappoint! Thank you.
I was about 15 when I came across P G Wodehouse. Mixed stories...I was instantly hooked. Jeeves and Wooster came next, so funny always cheers me up. Thanks for posting this.
This reminds me so much of when I was dating my DH many years ago. I had a disastrous first marriage and was determined remain single. I didn't want to even date my DH, as he had just gotten divorced and I knew the dangers of rebound relationships. Yet when he asked me out, even though I was internally saying no, I was surprised to find myself actually saying yes. Then when he asked me to move in with him, the same thing happened, and then later when he asked me to marry him. We've been together almost 50 years now, and I'm not sorry my inner self took over at those times.
Nick...You are so clever. Brilliant. I cannot thankyou enough for your acting out the parts. Truly the best. A natural brilliance you have. Cheers, John. (Australia). Its all in your expression and delivery and it doesnt get better than your delivery.
So good to hear from you again, I love your narrations. You were born to read PG Wodehouse!
So nice this showed up for me. I get rather tired of murder mysteries and horror stories. PGW is so fun and uplifting. Thank you.👏👏👏

Positively delightful! I needed this lighthearted farce for a change of pace.
