If it had the second arm rest and the climate control a little higher on the dash bord was almost perfect.and another problem at some,not all of them,but same models and years,is the acceleration from the spot.half a pedal,nothing is happening,then another millimeter down and is flying underneath you.why?

i start driving for a new company and was given a 2016 xf106 ssc... yestaurday was saturday and i went tot get all my personal stuff in there and tryed to hook up my own cellphone via bleutooht...nothing,phone didnt find the truck.. i also wonderd why there were no usb ports... untill i this vid... ah there they are!.
only jokers can say that daf is a good truck in my new job we have got renault's and volvo's and i think they are the best. I-shift gearbox is the smoothest in the market now only down on them is probably fuel economy lower than Merc or Daf.
+MetallicaPlaya24 I would imagine so, most European countries drive on the right except for UK and Ireland and the clock can have MPH on there too, I still prefer MPH but a lot of guys who go over to Europe prefer KPH as it's more accurate and that's the limit they need to stick to. Where you'll struggle is that a USA gallon is different to the rest of the world, so you'd have to get used to there being 4.5 liters in a gallon, not 4.
+MetallicaPlaya24 A question would be, why would you want a cab-over design vs. conventional, for American roadways? They are more difficult to work on. It is easier to cool and maintain a conventional. You get far more interior room, work-space and living storage with a conventional. The best bonus being, you can maximize your cargo-profit ratio better with US 54' dry-van, and 45' tanker trailers than with the Euro designs. Also take into account different markets, roadways, and infrastructure designs, and you can see why the cab-over was left behind in the states, vs. the conventional. If you want the cab-over feel, while maintaining the pluses of a conventional, then get a sloped nose.
i love daf but come on, when will you finally upgrade the cab?! During 10-15 years nothing changed in the cab, its good but far from perfect. Every driver knows its faults, then why you dont listen to them ?! Every other manufacturer was able to ulgrade their faults, like MAN with the pointless handbrake switch or the fridge, Renault with their new T series, Scania with their new S series, even Iveco could come out with a newer cab. Only daf does nothing... oh wait, you put a light adjust button inside, thats your new innovation under 10 years

TheBaumLetsPlay He said that the DAF 105 has problems with the cabin. According to him it leaks. But the DAF 105 is the older model.
