Certo che manchi da nuoro da 25 anni poi senti queste melodie e le lacrime scendono da sole.. solo quando sei lontano dalla tua terra ti accorgi di come sei a lei legato.. se tornassi indietro non partirei più..
This note is for the Gentleman who asked how I came to enjoy the music of Sardinia. I was surfing the internet and I happened upon DUES TI SALVET MARIA sung by a very talented group called the CORALE STUDENTESCA CITTI DI SASSARI. I played it and was touched in my heart and soul as I listened to it the first time. Since that first hearing some 3 months ago I have listened at least once a day. The singing was done by a choir dedicated to sing as best they could, and it was a glorious gift to me. My favorite music is opera, but, I enjoy various musical genre. As long as it is well done, I will listen to it. Were I not 80 years old, and able to so, I would fly to your country, and hear the beautiful Sardinian music in person. I close with an assurance that I will surf the net from time to time, looking for more music of Sardinia. THANK YOU for sharing so much talent. May God continue to bless you all. Un brano straordinario... Emozionante, che ti fa sentire ancora di più l'attaccamento di noi Sardi alla nostra meravigliosa Terra. .. Voi bravissimi...
Thank you from Miller South Dakota USA. I have appreciated Sardinian music for a few weeks now. Question -- is there a Sardinian somewhere who cannot sing? Thank you for the beauty of your musical offering. Godspeed.

It is my firm belief that God gave, to music lovers, the major triad (one of his more wonderful gifts) Apparently, most Sardinians agree with me. I am blessed. THANK YOU for sharing so much talent.
