    For the third time, I'm still amazed again by the design approach of this amazing development. It's such a haven located away from all the busyness and stress of the city. With its tropical architecture design with landscape treatments, the project just feels like a resort. Besides, the security and sustainability features are also amazing.
    The Serenade is the latest addition of the township and it's pretty similar to their previous phase called The Alcove, which was the project that I almost bought. These condos are slightly higher in density compared to the landed products, as a result having a lower entry price into this prestigious address. The units sizes are also huge, which is suitable for own stay. There are certain blocks that might be too close to each other due to its intimate setting, owners can also be innovative with blinds or curtains later because the density of units per floor plate is very low.
    However, I'm very uncertain with the future plan of The Glades Plaza because as a resident, I would prefer elements of convenience such as restaurants, cafes, grocers, hair salons and etc. But it might be a problem if it's an institutional tenant that attracts lots of people. That will directly affect the entrance for the project. Currently, residents can easily travel to USJ, Subang, or Puchong for commercial activities within 15 minutes. Well, this address is just connected to so many different highways.

    Really nice , going into commercial place will so hustle . Hopefully Putra Heights should develop more commercial place as it nearby Giant Putra Heights but public transport LRT is really nearby .

    Yeah. It abut isolated without much shops and foods.
    It would be hard to re-sale and high maintenance & sinking fund

    Seriously the price is not cheap at all for a high-rise in this location despite its low density. My brother used to buy a subsale double storey terrace for RM350k and sold it recently for RM700k.

      Well with the private clubhouse and grand entrance along with security features, it's designed for specific crowds. But of course, there will always be demand for double storey terrace houses forever.

    Ha3 no best place to stay . Like Ho Chin Soon once said best place to live. " Near in- laws place so u can get them to help day care ." Well said .Just what my neighbor does. L O L !!!!!

    This type of condo is not build for entertainment a family of maybe 3 or 4 can probably live here and have a decent life but if you’re a business man or women you’ll have to entertain them which maybe needs a bar , karaoke or a formal living area which needs a much larger place but I think youngsters at first when they first go into the real word would buy a condo for price purpose. As for reno if you were to go for tiles finishes and branded basin like grohe then it might cost at least 50 to 100k so that should also be taken into consideration when you buy a property .

    This township is somehow almost similar like Setia Eco Glades. But I wonder why after #280 property reviews, you still haven't covered Setia Eco Glades? Is there any particular reason why?

      Well I just haven't come across the opportunity the go visit. I actually made appointment to go visit but always tak jadi.
      Also, it's not only Eco Glades but so many other projects I haven't cover haha:)

    How many parkings does this project provide? It needs at least 4 parkings per unit.

      Why 4 yea? I don't think landed terrace house can even accommodate up to 4 carparks.

      @@iherng 1 for husband, 1 for wife, 2 for kids. 4 parkings lor. ERM... yes landed terrace facing park can put 4 cars. Sometimes 5. That is why the premium. Normal terrace can put 3, remove gate strata house can fit 4 in tandem.
