The land tht is within 300m walk to the kajang line mrt station within this maluri to connaught stretch are almost gone.
My unit in Tower B (50th floor) is in progress by Makeover Guys. Looking forward to this for own stay. After this will be Tower C (43rd floor) and Belfield (52th floor) for rental.

Standard stratified building takes minimum 36 month. If the density is high, it will take 48 months. But for projects that went through the lockdown, there will be extension of time granted by the government because they couldn’t work during that period.
