Hey there this is Ryder from Strictly Casual! Everyone is so incredibly nice in this community and I’m really looking forward to hearing some of these jazz-style tracks from everyone’s recommendations!! Super fun gaining more knowledge about this culture! 😃
thank you so much for coming over and reacting to all these songs... Im glad u had a good time and it was great to see u enjoy the experience... Army loves Ryder
Ryder ,thank you 4 your presence ,it was so nice 2 see your smiling face once more ; hope you enjoy it and please don't be a stranger ,drop by anytime . Nelson's friend is our friend . I purple you , all of you
Hi Ryder, You might want to check out Andrew Berg's UA-cam channel (sorry for promoting the competition here 😅). He's a pro jazz musician and that's how his channel started out. Then came BTS... 😂 Just by looking at his earliest BTS reaction headlines you'll get an interesting list to react to. 😉👍 For a film maker I'd recommend Fake Love, ON Kinetic Manifesto Film Come Prima and Mic Drop and then maybe combine them with the behind the camera short films they often put out called Bangtan Bombs. The important things to remember when you watch BTS mvs are: - If it can possibly be built or physically done, then that's probably what they did. - There's always more than meets the eye. The more you dissect them, the more the layers keep coming, like imagery, lightning choices, use of camera angles etc., etc., etc... (Their boss majored in Aesthetics) - Some imagery may be confusing at first glance. That's often because they have a quite sinister fictional storyline that connects a lot of their songs and mvs since 2015 to this day OR it's about something specific like Spring Day. Have fun on your BTS journey however short or long it may be. 💜😉👍💜
Hi, Ryder Definitely check out House of Cards live. Their most Jazzy song in my opinion. And for your film background, Blood Sweat and tears, and On are very cinematic.
I have watched a lot of BTS reactors, you can tell those who are truly interested in the guys and their music, and you can clearly see who is in it for the likes and subscribes, I love your videos cause you have genuine respect for the guys and it really shows. I’ve watched every one of your BTS videos cause I’m ARMY and I can’t resist videos with BTS content 😁 but what I’ve seen in the short time you’ve been doing your BTS reactions is just how much respect you have for these guys. You have not only watched videos to get to know them but you actually took all the info in and you’re getting to know them on a deeper level, so many reactors watch and say the ‘right’ stuff so they don’t get cancelled but I like how you give your honest opinion whether it be good or bad. The way you explained to your friend about the songs and BTS in this video is beyond cool, you’ve learnt so much in such a short amount of time and I’m here for it. The best part of this video is your reaction to watching Spring Day, the hood went up, serious face on, knowing the words and the meaning behind the song you got why this song means so much and touches so many people such a difference to your first reaction (which cracked me up actually, I was waiting for a video where you realise you got it so wrong 😄) and then explaining what you know to your friend, again that was very cool. Sorry for the speech, keep up the great videos Nelson 👍🏻💜
@@AggressivelySweet just check out the many random (insert profession) reacts to BTS videos, when you watch these videos it’s always wow BTS are amazing, song is so good, best thing ever. However, theres no specific reason to why they thought it was good or why they think BTS are great singers or why the song was so amazing, if you’re going to fake interest you have to be smarter when reacting and say more than wow this is good don’t forget to subscribe to my channel for more BTS reactions 😂😁 like I said in my last post I’m ARMY but I can’t say I love every single song the guys have ever released, some I definitely like more than others, so when reactors are never negative and just love everything it just feels super fake. I watched one of these so called reactors a couple days ago, had never seen her before, it was a reaction to the Blood, Sweat and Tears mv which is incredibly deep and complexed, but all she got out of it was that “Sugas riding a bike in a museum“🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I had to switch it off half way it just made me cringe.
I love when people love Jimin! He’s such a unique voice and is such a talented performer. I literally smile every time you smile when Jimin comes on. You can really hear how unique his voice is in this tiny desk concert since it’s so intimate.
17:57-18:10 - For other artists, adding some rap is a switch-up, but for BTS it is standard operating procedure! Their rap sections are usually (or always? Idk) written by the rappers themselves. Besides providing variety to the sound of the song, the rap parts are a way to express complex ideas, deepening the meaning of the song.
@@AggressivelySweet yea, they always write their own rap parts, they might ask each other for advice/suggestions, but I don't think they will ever rap verses written by other people, and definitely not other artists' words
I LOVE LOVE LOVE how you advocated for the boys, like how you explained them being heavily into the music process n all. It goes to show how you genuinely like their music
FYI the last song called Spring Day literally a comfort song for people who lost their beloved ones. It's created and tribute for Ferry sewol victims and their family.
Love your explanation on how they were not an overnight success, U.S. charts and the reason for Dynamite. Ect. Can really tell you've thought about alot of BTS aspects and you're fast becoming Army!
you mentioned they made Dynamite for their fans. So, it's true that they wrote it with the intention of making people feel better during difficult pandemic times. But it's not one of their songs for army. Each year, for their debut anniversary (13th June) they have special events, releases and performances. And they also release a song they made especially for army (but they also have others included on albums, not all of them are released on the anniversary) and usually have a deeper meaning that army understands from the context. Some of these are: Sea, 2!3!, Magic Shop, Mikrokosmos, We are Bulletproof: Eternal. If anyone else reads this, please feel free to add to the list :)
all ur comments get restricted :( why? yeah u are right i kind of mispoke its not for army it was for everyone stuck in their homes... and i bet in the end they ended up being army xD oooh i cant wait to listen to a secret messge for army song :)
@@AggressivelySweet oh, no, I don't think you mispoke! Don't think of it that way. I was just sharing some info with you. There is a lot... I know. As for the comments, I, myself, don't get any notif from yt that there is smtg wrong with them. And they don't seem to get flagged from the channel either. So I have no idea why that happens.
Your smile when Ryder complimented Jimin is everything! 😁 When you do the ARMYPEDIA, I hope you can do it with your friend too. But either way, I'll be on watch 'til your next upload.
Nelson, thank you for your love and appreciation for BTS. I can see your passion and deep reflections when reacting to their music. I can see you being so intense at times during your reactions. It goes to show how much you really enjoy BTS and their music.
V (Kim Taehyung) my bias has the most soulful voice and his solo tracks are influenced by Jazz &:RnB. Ryder should watch V's solo tracks Singularity but watch sure to watch the official mv as the imagery is something else again. V actually has of all members the widest vocal range his solo track Stigma the live version showcases his vocal range.
They have a unique bond from not only transcending so much bullying, hate etc. as underdogs together, but also from having to walk through their fears together while breaking history left and right, literally changing the world together
Excellent reaction! My first time seeing Ryder and really loved your collaboration here. You did a great job explaining things without being wordy and don’t worry about the sub titles thing. I was happy to hear it from the beginning again. I hope Ryder will be checking out more BTS, as he hasn’t seen any choreography or concerts yet. It’s another whole level of awesomeness 😁
If Ryder likes Jazz, he might like singularity by V BTS. Since he likes movie, he might like BTS Fake love MV and Blood, sweat and tears MV (BS&T has so many symbols so better to see the explaination too) and he also can see the BTS MV shooting sketch (behind the scene when they shoot the MV). For you, if you wannt to sample BTS songs, please react to BTS room live 2021.
I like your reaction and the way you explain it to your friend. I have seen this NPR tiny desk concert several times and I am awed on how the boys harmonize with each other.
I really loved this one. I loved that you were explaining things to Ryder and giving him context. No worries about the subtitles, I think Spring day is the one song out of the three that really needed you to turn them on. Would love to see Ryder react to the video explanation of Spring day, and also see both of you react to some of the heavy rap of the rapline such as the Cypher medley live. I would also recommend Baepsae which is another song that is a completely different genre than the ones you have listened to so far and on a superficial level might seem a bit silly but it's actually another socially-focused track trying to explain intergenerational socio-economic issues in Korean society (the DKDKTV channel has a very good explanation of it). Also it has some stellar choreography, you could react to the dance practice to it and then the explanation.
Ryder seems like such a sweet guy. it would be really interesting to see him react to the music video for Spring Day, it's so beautiful and meaningful at the same time. and as pretty much everyone in the comments suggested, Fake Love and Blood Sweat and Tears are also really well made mvs and interesting to break down i think.
@@AggressivelySweet also i want to add that it was cool to see you rewatch it cause for both Dynamite and Spring Day you were like "at first when i listened to the song (blablabla) and now when i listen to it..." it's so nice to see that their music already grew on you and your opinions have already changed after learning only a few things
Thanks for another great reaction video, Nelson! For your friend, Ryder, you may want to steer him towards the BU (BTS Universe) which is a fictional story that is interwoven into many BTS songs, albums, & music videos. Along with certain MVs, BTS/BigHit also filmed short films that add to the storyline. It is complicated, but as someone who is interested in film, I know Ryder would absolutely appreciate and enjoy it. As someone else suggested, he could start with the Fake Love MV & behind the scenes. Fake Love is not the beginning of the BU, but it might be enough to spark his interest.

Hi Nelson 👋. Looking forward to Ryder's Reaction to Tiny Desk. I remember Ryder mentioned in the My Universe video that he likes Jazz. As you've probably heard and are discovering BTS does many different genres of music. I thought I would let you know about some of their jazzy songs. While I'm not a technical music expert, I have a wide appreciation in music and in my opinion these songs are jazz/have a jazzy sound to them. A lot of BTS songs cover multiple genres though and no 2 songs sound the same, which is one of the things I love about their music. I also love how they transition from vocals to rap and how much change up there is in one song. Not suggesting Ryder react to these as you said he is busy. Just letting you know about these for your reactions (noting you said you also don't just want reccomendations for the heavier rap songs) and if you want to you can share with Ryder - and maybe if he does have time at some point these might be good songs for him to react to. Also interesting fact - V in particular is a Jazz music fan. And has said he listens to old Jazz including Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jnr. Recs for some of their jazzy songs 🎵 House of cards (vocal line song) Singularity (solo by V - has an MV called 'comeback trailer' on their official channel) 134340 (all members) Stigma (solo by V) Rain (all members) Still With You (Jungkook Solo released on Soundcloud). Trivia: Love (RM Solo) Outro: Ego (J-hope Solo which has a Big Band/Swing sound particularly towards the second half as brass instruments come in - has an MV/comeback trailer). 😁🎵💜
@strictlycasual if u see this maybe its time to come back and react to one of them? 🤣 hopefully he has time to read all the comments and sees this. Thank u for ur suggestions
Also to worth mention is: In the last episode of in the soop 2 Suga and Rm talked about the new upcoming album and their new sound. Since V is a huge Jazz fan and a lot of hints in the last weeks could lead to the new music type be a little jazzy.
@@meCatH Oh wow this is awesome!! Thanks for sharing this Catherine. I have not been watching In The Soop so had no idea. (Def want to watch at some point but newer Army myself and want to watch through Run BTS first - so much to watch). I can't wait for a new Album!! So excited 😊 😁💜
Such a good list! I would have to mention, though, that Singularity is more in the R&B genre I think, than Jazz. I hope Nelson will react to all of these!
happy for bringing along your friend introducing him to bts that alone shows you like bangtan boys too! nice to know also that you're getting to know bts more but still a long way to go...enjoy and have fun your journey with bts 💜💜💜
You might have said the answer to my question in this video but since it hasn't premiered, I wanna ask ahead if your friend has plans on reacting to BTS too. Since he's into film, there are a lot of BTS music videos that is good for him to watch. There are even LIVE performances that he can react to with regards to film stuff. We wanna see his opinions and reactions about BTS cinematography. Anyway, thanks for dragging your friend into this. The more the merrier. 😀
Haha i dont know they dont like doing reactions they prefer doing journalism. So like reviews podcasts etc. I have suggeested it to him. But i guess we gona have to wait and see. U can follow him on youtube see if they do 😅
@@AggressivelySweet Well, it's really good to stick to doing things you want to do. But if he ever changes his mind, it would be fun to see more of his reactions and of course a collaboration. I will go and subscribe. Thanks!
@@AggressivelySweet It's totally upon his opinion....So,It shouldn't be like convincing..... Anyways...I enjoy your reactions...Have fun...Have a nice day
They live together when they all youngs, even they have there own new house , still like live together if someone go back to there own house after one day they quickly come back to there house were all live together...they grow all from teens to young and adult, thats how they love each other...no other K-Pop like them😊☺💙❤🖤💖💜💚💛BTS forever till the end of time🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Absolutely, Ryder should check out the MV for Spring Day. We would love to have his critical take on its design and production qualities. Also the one take approach to the SAVE ME MV. BTS MVs are generally superb at story telling.
Hey Ryder (sp?). Thanks for your time. I think if you enjoy film you should react to things that you can really sink your teeth into and analyze. Of course I’m BTS biased as their music videos are quite cinematic. You might enjoy some behind the scenes, making of kind of stuff too. Would suggest House of Cards, Rain, 134340 for a jazz man. They are definitely some of the mores jazz influenced songs. I’d also pop Stigma and Outro: Her in there. More jazz adjacent. Stigma is wrought with pain. Outro: Her is very chill hip hop vibes. You nice, keep going 💜
Thank you! I'm glad that Ryder is enjoying BTS music. As a film maker, I think he might be interested in watching some of BTS's official videos that have absolutely amazing cinematography.....'ON' the official MV, 'Spring Day' (with the explanation), 'Black Swan', 'Fake Love', etc. Borahae, ARMY grandma
So, I was here before the premiere and then life happened and I had to adult so couldn't see it live. But I'm catching up now. The fact that "Dynamite" is a song that makes you feel good and like it instantly speaks a lot about the fact that it is a good song and does what it was meant to do. I still believe it should've won a grammy but hey... Seeing you be so enthusiastic with someone else about bts even if you still haven't listened to that much of their music is cool man. armies don't mind reactors that have a variety of opinions about their music or don't like some of their songs etc but we do mind when people are doing stuff for clout or disrespect them unnecessarily. And with each of your videos I can tell your interest is genuine. So I'm really excited for that and I hope you enjoy the journey too. and with every video I'm surprised at how much you understand about them and the kpop context. You got a lot of things right. The whole "bias" concept is also meant to avoid friction between fans as well. Because there are ppl we call "solos" - solo fans, that only like one of the members and hate on the rest. They are a really big pain in army's a**. So when someone says that Jimin (for ex) is their bias, it means smtg like: I like the whole band and all the members and the music they make together and if I were to choose one of them that pulls me in more (be it his voice, looks, personality etc) than the rest, it's Jimin. At least that's how I see it. Also, I gotta say, for many armies there is that one bias you had from the beginning but the more you know them, the bigger the chances that you get bias wrecked by the rest. My bias is RM, by the way :D
Wow Nelson. With everyday every video you amaze me. The way you explained bias... blows my mind. Like i wrote yesterday... ah you know what i wrote. Let's just keep it simple here for your friend. AGAIN: WHEN YOU JIMIN YOU CANT'T JIMOUT :D and there you go the BTS rabithole. We are here with you. ;) 보라해
I just have to say that I've been watching you for a while now and I'm so impressed with how knowledgeable you are already about BTS. Enough that you explain things so well to your friend. You even know a lot about some of the in depth things from within the fandom. Looking forward to seeing more lol
Thank you for stating that. It's true, American music charts wants to remain exclusive so the gatekeeping is real. It's a shame so many are missing out on BTS and such. Good reaction 👍💜
I respect Ryder's choice if he doesn't want to do reaction video but I have a challenge for him. He can definitely ignore it if he doesn't want to, it's his choice and no offense would be taken. Since he's into filming, he can try to watch *BTS Fake Love MV* and the Behind The Scene of it on how they made the MV (He can find it in Bangtan TV channel). If his mind is blown away and he loves to do more, then we'll be very much happy to support him too. We'll give more suggestions. But if he still doesn't feel like making reaction video, he can stop after that. We'll just wait to see him being a guest in your channel. It's a selfish suggestion anyway since I also love watching his reactions too.
You guys should do that! It would be great to see you reacting to different types of film style and more Thanks for the BTS content! Love it and this was so much fun!
They literally love eachother sooo much ,they can't even live without each other ,they feel empty when even one memeber missing , their love is true , if u will watch their whole journey ,u will understand everything ,their bond is unbreakable.. I also wonder some time ,how can 7 people love each other that much ,but then i realise bc they are our boys BTS ,world's most genuine and humble persons.. 💜
I really enjoy you and how respectful you are towards BTS I think your friend said it well that they stand for something. 💜💜💜 yes he would love the MV’s give him Blood Sweat and Tears lol might as well blow us mind at the start 😉
My favorite performance love the tiny desk!! That’s what hooked me in!! I could finally tell each apart.. just started getting into because of dynamite!!!!
An underrated jazz BTS song would be "Rain" from their 2014 Dark and Wild album. It's a fantastic song, though very rarely mentioned to reactors, which is a shame.
Very nice description of the songs done by BTS on the Tiny Desk Concert. Thank you for explaining to your friend. I hope he takes a chance to go to some of the BTS MVs to see their very extensive talents. It would also benefit him to see the excellent production quality of BTS videos, as well.
I am very fond of both of them. For Nelson in whom I see myself reflected in terms of the passion he tries to convey to his friend and giving him all the key information so that he has a broader context. And for his friend (sorry I can't understand his name, my English is not very good) who is receiving all the bombardment of information and trying to catch up with Nelson. Hahaha it's a lot of fun. On the other hand, I found it really cute the way Nelson expressed his journey so far with army and the knowledge he is getting. I know, it's a bombardment for you too, it's a whole new and different world and it's hard to catch up with everything too, especially the way army is and is organized. But those details like biases and things like that say a lot about you, because it means you're reading, you're learning and you're applying. It's very nice to see you evolve little by little. Very nice feedback! I would like your friend to tell more impressions he got from it, that would help him to start to trace a path if he wants to start doing reactions (if I understood correctly). In case he doesn't want to do them alone and wants to continue doing them with you, more than welcome! If I didn't misunderstand, his goal would be to react to videos, right? So in that case and as a mini-series, I would recommend you both to react to the video trailers. Preferably starting with the Winds album. Not only because it would be new music for Nelson but also because of the videos that have a lot a lot a lot a lot to say. I've stretched myself too far hahaha I'm going to stop my fingers now. (IT'S RAN FUNNY WHEN YOU TELL YOURSELF TO SHUT UP TO START, I LOVE IT!!!!!!)
Thank u very much for the kind words 🥰 Yeah Ryder is great im not sure he would come to watch more here. But maybe i go join his channel for a bts music video episode or something. Yeah iloved watching it with someone and explaining 😅 i understand why u guys comment to explain alot i feel it. Much love
There are reactors that watch videos and comment. Then there are ARMY that are so passionate about BTS that they find such joy in sharing BTS with people who don’t know, and maybe just go into too much detail in our excitement. We all do that because we love our guys because of their talent, message and just who they are at heart. You’re ARMY. 💜💜
i enjoyed this reaction and i'm happy with the info shared. thank you! 💜 please watch more with ryder, especially the epic music videos since it's his cup of tea.
Thank you soooo much for taking the time to educate your friend too 💜 so many people just assume they blew up world wide after dynamite, not realising they were already selling out whole Year long world wide stadium tours (including the US) years before dynamite was released
4:08 thanks for telling your friends that they are already big worldwide. It’s the music industry that is racist and corrupted. Also, everyone fall for Jimin in this performances 🥰
I recommend your friend listen to House of Cards (live version), with just the 4 vocal lines. If Ryder likes making videos, I recommend Black Swan and Blood, Sweat and Tears, and maybe Run and Fake Love as well. I'm sure there are so many more but those stand out to me at the moment. Thanks for sharing about BTS; I hope he goes down the rabbit hole like the rest of us. :)
First video i'm seeing of you, i love how you're introducing them like a proud parent, that's how you spot a true army! I'll go check out your other videos now, borahae
So just a slight correction, but when Dynamite hit #1 in the US, that would have happened even if it had been in Korean. Their previous song had been #4 and it was just a matter of time for them to get #1. They have been charting since 2015 (with albums) and their singles kept charting higher every single year. Them ruling the charts was inevitable. They didn't just "blow up" with a single hit, but Dynamite certainly gave them true mainstream status in the US.
9:15 yes most people were actually shocked including me how they much love and respect they have for each other,as what Hitman Bang said and I quote "they dyingly love each other".😍
Oh my god my dude, I watched your first BTS reactions and I didn’t think you would become ARMY. I mean lots of people are fans of their music but not everyone really GETS them. Listening to you today, I was thinking the things you said to your friend were exactly the things that I would say! 😍💜😍 It’s really interesting: from the outside you can’t tell who has the heart and soul to really become ARMY. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Thanks for both your reactions, it's always nice to see BTS appreciated, especially by professionals in their fields. Ryder might be hesitant about going deeper with BTS (don't know of course but new people to BTS can think it's not for them) however I do encourage him to have a look at the MV's, he won't be the only film maker blown away by the MV productions. 🔥🔥They really use experts in the field and it would be nice to hear his thoughts. Nothing done by BTS & Co is underpar or half hearted and they avoid green screen as much as possible. In Fake Love JK really does some stunt work in the MV when he's running (won't spoil it!). I'd recommend he watch this MV first as intro, then there's the MV to ON which is not the Come Prima one but actually looks like a movie, and not to mention Blood, Sweat & Tears. Will check out his channel hoping he will try something new! Links below: Fake Love: ua-cam.com/video/7C2z4GqqS5E/v-deo.html Blood, Sweat & Tears: ua-cam.com/video/hmE9f-TEutc/v-deo.html - lots of nods to Carl Jung and Damien by Herman Hesse....and the Bible. ON MV: ua-cam.com/video/mPVDGOVjRQ0/v-deo.html
well, since many already recommended many MVs OR live performance videos that might suit into Ryder's liking, I'll add up some here! *_Some BTS MVs with storytelling-oriented :_* 1. Blood, Sweat, & Tears 2. Fake Love 3. Black Swan 4. ON MV (not the Kinetic Manfesto) 5. Film Out Actually, there are more but you can start from here, I think. The entire short films from WINGS album is also a must-watch, btw. Enjoy💜
Nelson, I see myself in you when I am showing my friends to BTS contents. I am always so excited and so proud of BTS like you! Love ur reaction. 💜💜💜💜Borahae
They don't get radio play for their Korean songs, but Billboard they have had a #1 Hot 100 Korean song - Live Goes On. Your friend should do the videos that are part of the Bangtan Universe. It's Music Videos, highlight reels, and short films. along with webtoons etc. but at least the BU content would be great.

For a film maker I'd recommend Fake Love, ON Kinetic Manifesto Film Come Prima and Mic Drop and then maybe combine them with the behind the camera short films they often put out called Bangtan Bombs. The important things to remember when you watch BTS mvs are:
- If it can possibly be built or physically done, then that's probably what they did.
- There's always more than meets the eye. The more you dissect them, the more the layers keep coming, like imagery, lightning choices, use of camera angles etc., etc., etc... (Their boss majored in Aesthetics)
- Some imagery may be confusing at first glance. That's often because they have a quite sinister fictional storyline that connects a lot of their songs and mvs since 2015 to this day OR it's about something specific like Spring Day.
Have fun on your BTS journey however short or long it may be.
💜😉👍💜
Hi, Ryder
Definitely check out House of Cards live. Their most Jazzy song in my opinion.
And for your film background, Blood Sweat and tears, and On are very cinematic.
Still with you is good one

I LOVE LOVE LOVE how you advocated for the boys, like how you explained them being heavily into the music process n all. It goes to show how you genuinely like their music
💜
Jimin 😍😍
u greek?
FYI the last song called Spring Day literally a comfort song for people who lost their beloved ones. It's created and tribute for Ferry sewol victims and their family.
yeah i explained the story to him on the video... this is the 4th video i make for Spring Day.. i have made italian army/ music video/and live
@@AggressivelySweet thank you 💜💜💜💜💜💜
Look at you! Proud ARMY introducing our boys to your friend. Makes me so happy!
BTS's jazz songs is a big part why I actually became a fan. 😅😅
Fr!!
Love your explanation on how they were not an overnight success, U.S. charts and the reason for Dynamite. Ect. Can really tell you've thought about alot of BTS aspects and you're fast becoming Army!
Jazzy songs: Singularity & Stigma by V.
House of Cards by Vocal Line.
134340 by All BTS. Enjoy!👏🕺🎶🎤👑🥇🌎😍💜✌️
Been away for a few weeks, and you have turned into a full-fledged army, with so much info on BTS! So nice seeing you explain things to your friend.
you mentioned they made Dynamite for their fans. If anyone else reads this, please feel free to add to the list :)
all ur comments get restricted :( why?
yeah u are right i kind of mispoke its not for army it was for everyone stuck in their homes... and i bet in the end they ended up being army xD
oooh i cant wait to listen to a secret messge for army song :)
Also Boy with luv. (A poem for small things)
When you do the ARMYPEDIA, I hope you can do it with your friend too. But either way, I'll be on watch 'til your next upload.
I'm looking forward for his reaction to ARMYPEDIA 😊💜
Nelson your face is so sweet during Save me. Lights up.
I love that song
Nelson, thank you for your love and appreciation for BTS. I can see your passion and deep reflections when reacting to their music. I can see you being so intense at times during your reactions. It goes to show how much you really enjoy BTS and their music.
V (Kim Taehyung) my bias has the most soulful voice and his solo tracks are influenced by Jazz &:RnB. Ryder should watch V's solo tracks Singularity but watch sure to watch the official mv as the imagery is something else again. V actually has of all members the widest vocal range his solo track Stigma the live version showcases his vocal range.
Yeah i need to give V some love watch some solos
Nelson, seeing you vibing to Dynamite and Save Me had me smiling the whole video. Can't wait to see your next reaction to BTS.
💜
They have a unique bond from not only transcending so much bullying, hate etc. as underdogs together, but also from having to walk through their fears together while breaking history left and right, literally changing the world together
Excellent reaction! My first time seeing Ryder and really loved your collaboration here. You did a great job explaining things without being wordy and don’t worry about the sub titles thing. I was happy to hear it from the beginning again. I hope Ryder will be checking out more BTS, as he hasn’t seen any choreography or concerts yet. It’s another whole level of awesomeness 😁
That's the thing about BTS, they've been taking a stand and speaking out against injustice since their debut. :)
Appreciate the recommendations!!
Yesss This is my favorite song.
i need to listen to singularity aswell
Also it has some stellar choreography, you could react to the dance practice to it and then the explanation.
thank u for ur kind words :) i really really want to do Baepse 💜
Yes exactly Jimin is my guy... i just cant help falling in love with him
💜 cant jimout
Ryder seems like such a sweet guy. it would be really interesting to see him react to the music video for Spring Day, it's so beautiful and meaningful at the same time. and as pretty much everyone in the comments suggested, Fake Love and Blood Sweat and Tears are also really well made mvs and interesting to break down i think.
yeah ryder is great i hope he reviews a music video :)

Recs for some of their jazzy songs 🎵
House of cards (vocal line song)
Singularity (solo by V - has an MV called 'comeback trailer' on their official channel)
134340 (all members)
Stigma (solo by V)
Rain (all members)
Still With You (Jungkook Solo released on Soundcloud).
Trivia: Love (RM Solo)
Outro: Ego (J-hope Solo which has a Big Band/Swing sound particularly towards the second half as brass instruments come in - has an MV/comeback trailer).
😁🎵💜
@strictlycasual if u see this maybe its time to come back and react to one of them? 🤣 hopefully he has time to read all the comments and sees this. Thank u for ur suggestions
@@AggressivelySweet no problem 😁. Also House of Cards Is epic live (as all their songs are 😆). There are some lives available with good English subs.
The fact that BTS acknowledge the band, and thanking them. And thank you for having your friend with your reaction channel.
💜
happy for bringing along your friend introducing him to bts that alone shows you like bangtan boys too! nice to know also that you're getting to know bts more but still a long way to go...enjoy and have fun your journey with bts 💜💜💜
💜💜💜
You’re amazing. Your explanation and everything was on point.
thank u for watching
Jimin is the unique voice💜💜💜
Bts room live is amazing too
You might have said the answer to my question in this video but since it hasn't premiered, I wanna ask ahead if your friend has plans on reacting to BTS too.
Anyways...I enjoy your reactions...Have fun...Have a nice day
I really want to see your reactions to the BTS live room and the MMA 2019 performance (award show) 💜💜💜
The day will come 🤣

Your friend Ryder is very likeable. Just seems like a down to earth type of person.
Please check out their MTV unplugged performance.
Oh my gosh thank you so much!! 🥺 really appreciate that!!
He would love the BANGTAN UNIVERSE!!!
They live together when they all youngs, even they have there own new house , still like live together if someone go back to there own house after one day they quickly come back to there house were all live together...they grow all from teens to young and adult, thats how they love each other...no other K-Pop like them😊☺💙❤🖤💖💜💚💛BTS forever till the end of time🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
They really are special
Thank you so much for the kind words!! Been hearing that recommendation a lot lately so I’ll definitely check it out!
100%
It's a selfish suggestion anyway since I also love watching his reactions too.
i would love to watch him react and review a BTS music video 💜
True like I literally thought of fake love and blood sweat and tears, they are great videos among others
You guys should do that! It would be great to see you reacting to different types of film style and more
Thanks for the BTS content! Love it and this was so much fun!
I would.love to but ryder busy man

@@AggressivelySweet yes🥰🥰🥰
It's so nice to see you being so enthusiastic about BTS! Thank you for such positivity! Loved the reaction!
Yeah its very obvious that they really do
I really enjoy you and how respectful you are towards BTS I think your friend said it well that they stand for something. 💜💜💜 yes he would love the MV’s give him Blood Sweat and Tears lol might as well blow us mind at the start 😉
My favorite performance love the tiny desk!! That’s what hooked me in!! I could finally tell each apart.. just started getting into because of dynamite!!!!
💜same
An underrated jazz BTS song would be "Rain" from their 2014 Dark and Wild album. It's a fantastic song, though very rarely mentioned to reactors, which is a shame.
💜thank u
I see myself in you whenever I explain BTS to a non army. Lol You are doing good! Spread the positivity & stay gold! 💜
Thank u very much for the kind words 🥰
Yeah Ryder is great im not sure he would come to watch more here. But maybe i go join his channel for a bts music video episode or something.
Yeah iloved watching it with someone and explaining 😅 i understand why u guys comment to explain alot i feel it. Much love
I loved your reactions....

Thank you for showing them to your friend....
I 💜 you.
💜
Thank you for introducing BTS to your friend. Their individual solos are just as amazing!
BTS writes their own songs!
I had fun chatting with you and armys, Nelson! Thank you and talk to you guys all later!

Wow you’re Great in explaining the songs to your friend. Bless you. Excellent reactions, very detailed. See you again in your next video.
This was a treat, thank you for this reaction with Ryder 😊
💜
Thank you soooo much for taking the time to educate your friend too 💜 so many people just assume they blew up world wide after dynamite, not realising they were already selling out whole Year long world wide stadium tours (including the US) years before dynamite was released
They are so good!!
4:08 thanks for telling your friends that they are already big worldwide. It’s the music industry that is racist and corrupted.
Also, everyone fall for Jimin in this performances 🥰
Yeap jimin stealing hearts
I recommend your friend listen to House of Cards (live version), with just the 4 vocal lines. If Ryder likes making videos, I recommend Black Swan and Blood, Sweat and Tears, and maybe Run and Fake Love as well. I'm sure there are so many more but those stand out to me at the moment. Thanks for sharing about BTS; I hope he goes down the rabbit hole like the rest of us. :)
Loved this reaction if can please watch all BTS run.
I have watched 2 zombie and t1 u can find the reactions in my channel
First video i'm seeing of you, i love how you're introducing them like a proud parent, that's how you spot a true army! I'll go check out your other videos now, borahae
And Yes....BTS has some Jazzy songs....
Big thank you for inviting your friend again, and the whole reaction, hugs from Canada🙂
BTS writes their own songs
Yes they have a very effective conflict resolution system. Literally 99% of BTS conflicts are resolved via Rock paper Scissors.
9:15 yes most people were actually shocked including me how they much love and respect they have for each other,as what Hitman Bang said and I quote "they dyingly love each other".😍
💜
Did you say jazz? Check out 'House of Cards' and V's solo 'Singularity' and 'Stigma'.
Oh my god my dude, I watched your first BTS reactions and I didn’t think you would become ARMY. I mean lots of people are fans of their music but not everyone really GETS them. Listening to you today, I was thinking the things you said to your friend were exactly the things that I would say! 😍💜😍
It’s really interesting: from the outside you can’t tell who has the heart and soul to really become ARMY. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
💜🤗🥰
Betul sekali. Mendengarkan lagu Dynamite merasa lebih bahagia... mood booster, healing banget gitu.
Links below:
Fake Love: ua-cam.com/video/7C2z4GqqS5E/v-deo.html
Blood, Sweat & Tears: ua-cam.com/video/hmE9f-TEutc/v-deo.html - lots of nods to Carl Jung and Damien by Herman Hesse....and the Bible.
ON MV: ua-cam.com/video/mPVDGOVjRQ0/v-deo.html
well, since many already recommended many MVs OR live performance videos that might suit into Ryder's liking, I'll add up some here!
*_Some BTS MVs with storytelling-oriented :_*
1. Blood, Sweat, & Tears
2. Fake Love
3. Black Swan
4. ON MV (not the Kinetic Manfesto)
5. Film Out
Actually, there are more but you can start from here, I think.
The entire short films from WINGS album is also a must-watch, btw. Enjoy💜
Thank u 💜
BTS life goes on hit number 1 on billboard chart and it was not in English .i purple you
As a film maker, the Wings era is the best one for him to get into.
thank u for explaining that they were already famous and how the english songs are feel good songs :) i was about to write a full text to that guy lol

Yeah i realised that after 💜
