Hi there kids and I are gonna do this as a homeschool project. Is it dry foam you're using? This will be the first fish but not our first taxidermy. Also, what is the tanning salutation you soak it in? Thank you!!
Commercial taxidermy ? You're not building a rocket to Mars . Removing the head is a big waste of time ! A properly skinned head with jaws properly fleshed out and replaced with a filler will be sufficient ! Over the years due to competition people have came up with a lot of foolishness . And a lot of people followed their foolish ideas . Just mount it , don't try to re invent it .GOD made it , you'll never do it better that the Creator . nice work, to comment on the person below, since the fish will be painted it doesn't matter about the color or pattern on either side of the fish
I always have to refer to your video I wasted so much dang foam. I don't have a band saw either

the other side of the fish would have looked a lot better in regards to color and pattern.

Nice video. You should be using a mask because that foam is really not good for your lungs.
