Man everytime I watch your videos they are awesome! You give great advice and are always slayin fish, really enjoy your footage man! Keep up the good and hard work!
I wish I knew all of the fishing things. I used to fish with my dad but he always did things for me. (Bait, lures etc.) So now I'm trying to learn because I moved out to the middle of nowhere michigan on the rez with lakes everywhere. So I'm just learning as I go. Thanks for the vids for helping!
You’re on the right track doing your research! You can’t watch too many videos on fishing. Just start from the basics and work your way up. Time on the water is key to catching fish and learning!
Awesome video! I mostly fish bass and walleye but I’m just getting hooked on steelhead fishing. It’s a whole different level of excitement watching that float drop. Look forward to more videos!
I'm a crippled old fart a bit southof Ludington. I've hobbled out to a pond with my teenage son, he caught a 16" largemouth and decided he likes fishing. I hope to be able to catch some steelhead, I really like frying up pretty much anything with an adipose fin, even bullheads.
Nice vid that’s a fantastic day of steelheading I’d be ecstatic with that many bites on a full day much less quick afternoon trip!! What size jigs do you typically use? I’m assuming 1/8th or 1/16?
I love that fishing spot. I live like two houses down.

Tell him it's pronounced skajit, after the Mighty Skagit River in Western Washington, soft G sounds like a J.

@@themichiganangler4746 this very nice fhising 👍
Do you recommend a fixed bobber or a slider for waxies on a jig? I plan to use this on a smaller creek and river on the lower east side.
I like the small fixed bobber in water less then 7ft deep normally.
Vodoo jigs are the best if you ty your own
I’ll have to check those out!
What patterns do you prefer?
what are the specs on that rod?
Mines the 10,6 ML . Absolutely love it! The carbon grip is super nice and stays clean. Great rod for the money.
Looks like the muskegon?
