Vegan Mozzarella with Okara

- This Vegan Mozzarella recipe is such a handy way to use your Okara or soy pulp, that you will wish you had more okara!
Vegan Mozzarella with Okara
1 cup coconut cream (solids from the top of coconut milk tin) - melt over low heat
1 1/2 cup of fresh okara (cooked)
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar (or use 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar)
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
2-3 Tbsp tapioca flour/starch

Innovative recipe. But, if there is no coconut cream, how to make this cheese?
You could use soaked cashews, blended with a bit of water to make a paste instead of coconut cream.

How long does the cheese keep for in the fridge please?

how to make sure the okara is fully cooked, if half done it's harmful to health. Usually when cooking soy milk, it will take a good 20mins. i think the okara cheese in the video is not fully cooked just in 5mins.
The okara I use is already cooked in making soy milk, otherwise, you can cook your okara for at least 15 minutes in some soy milk, let it cool and squeeze the liquid out.
