I got rid of my bread maker because I thought I should make it better by hand but then it’s more hassle and mess to do that so I just don’t have it as often. so Instead of a decent homemade loaf I have a bad shop bought one. Maybe I should get another one.
I do make some specialty breads by hand, but i am extremely happy with my machine, i use it a lot for pizza dough and brioche as well! I’m not familiar with many models, but this one is very good!

Alberto, do you make white French, bread?. I make Lentil, and Rice twice a week I love it wow the bead came great.
