The sponsor paid all of us an equal rate for this one, which was very kind of them! In general if a sponsor wants a co-op video, I'll just grab Chelle and ask for a small increase in my usual rate for her time. But if they want a full group I'll either ask that they pay us equally, or split my fee with the other creators if they can't do that.
