@aethylwulf: Actually these are very specific track workouts…for a sprinter. They all spend a lot of time lifting, working on explosive muscle contractions. Now, the madison guys will likely spend more time on the bike, either on the track or on the road.

Nice! Why do you switch back and forth between race wheels and spokes?
We like to use the training wheels to add more resistance when needed. But we also want to reduce the wear on race equipment whenever possible.

Yes we do. Vittoria pista speeds on the race wheels

It always amazing me how unspecific sprinter workouts are. They race track bikes but spend more time doing Olympic lifting than bike riding.
I’m not really sure you can say that based on one video about a single day of my training.
