Congrats! Loving the videos! I’ve been trying to get into track cycling recently but I have no velodromes around me. All I have is a stationary training bike. You inspired me to give it a try! Thanks
Some of the most exciting times that I had on a bike were on the track in Milton! Good luck in Paris, Nick! We'll be cheering for you and the rest of the team! 💪😁

wondering your ancestors are Dutch people and most of the Dutch people are tall, but unusual for someone who is not lazy is called Wammes, but Wammes is a typical Dutch surname and word usually in a negative way. Do you know what wammes means in Dutch lazy person (corrupted from lazywammes usually preceded by hout) stiff, clumsy person; wooden klaas. Also occurs in the insult lazy. Great to hear you go to Paris! Your videos are a motivation for us to train harder as well ... even it`s just for masters events.
Thank you for watching!
Loving all the new uploads lately! It's funny how you almost look bored changing your chainrings and wheels... done this 10 million times perhaps?! 😂
Changing gears is definitely not my favourite part of the day 😂
Congrats you worked hard for this. Looking forward to your olympics contents
Thank you! More to come!

I just wanna ask, What Rasio you use?
I just wanna know :)
Depends on the day and the event!
I just noticed that you wear a skinsuit for every training session. Is that normal kit for elite track cyclists?
@@billkallas1762 yes we refer to train in those skinsuits. However they are different from our race suits.
@@nick_wammes Thanks. I'm sure that the suits you race in, are super aero, and very expensive.

did You know how to skid ?
No
I'm pretty sure track bikes don't have lockrings plus that gear ratio is so high that I doubt it's possible
