I just finished editing the t shirt video and I’m just crossing my fingers hoping that my computer can handle exporting it 🫣 it’s FORTY FIVE minutes, so I’m glad you said you’re planning to put it on in the background while you sew.

Erin, I don't know what it is but you and I are on the same page this week! We both sewed with the same pink/orange rib knit AND we both made T-shirts!!! Wow! I made 3 quick Tees from New Look 6217 with one variation and planned to make a video on them. So funny! I can't wait to watch yours on Wednesday. Your Mommy & Me dresses are adorable! I made 2 summer blouses, pajama top and bottoms, a knit dress. and I’m almost done with a summer shift dress. I had a great sewing week.
I also helped my granddaughter make a pair of leisurewear pants.

Yes! Our sew Jo is synced somehow- I love it! I’m interested to hear your thoughts on the new look pattern. The fabric recommendations for that t shirt are so broad, it would be a great one to have.

I am so looking forward to your t-shirt pattern review. I made the simplicity 9273 yesterday, and i love the sleeves and am generally happy with the fit. I feel like I need to reduce the neckline by just a tiny bit, and i want to lengthen the body an inch, but the puffy sleeves are perfect! Not too puffy and a great detail.

I’m always so torn when I see S9273! I think it’s beautiful but can’t decide if it’s *for me* I’m glad to hear that the sleeves aren’t too puffy, that’s one of the reasons I’ve shied away from it!

I was thinking of making a set of woven pockets to wear on a sash around the waist, similar to the middle ages, Share how you make your labels. Your pj color is great for uou I got lots of yatdage in a similar color at Joanns. I plan to make a short romper to wear around the house.
Oooo that’s a very interesting idea! That sounds like an easy enough idea to self draft but would be very useful.
I just cut a scrap piece of knit fabric (even if the project is woven) and sew it on like a tag. I use a fabric pen to write the size and it’s good to go!
