Why don't you calibrate the tach to work with the inline 6? I did mind and switched it to LED best most I did. There is a write up on one of the forums (forgot which one) to get it to work as long as its DOHC cluster.

Bogged in 3rd because thats when it got traction, try backing off the throttle a bit in 1st and second and youl find you get off the line a hell of alot quicker... anyway your car is fucking awesome dude
yeh probably but an actual drag strip has a much more grippy surface, plus you can do a burnout at the start to make the tires more sticky, and then if traction is still an issue you could allways run with some soft compound semi slicks on the rear lol youl easily get in the high - low 12s, my stock 6 spd manual m3 managed to get a 13.3 at the drag strip and its only got about 260 hp at the wheels lol

13psi on a stock RB25 turbo? I have a rb25s2 in my 97 and I was told not to go over 11psi or the ceramic turbine wheel would grenade? How's it held up at 13psi?

theres definetly some motors that bmw made that throw up a good fight to the rbs. The s38 is probably the best to throw up against the rb25.
