One of the many questions we get is why we use two channels in the growing system? The quick answer is to speed up the production as much as possible. The larger system you have the more important this becomes. Microgreen production is intensive as you must handle the trays/channels several times a week, back and forth between the stations. Using the extra channel below as a guide will significantly improve your speed. More info:
