veak 40 decision definitely pisses me off
its not even about the performance, they are just going to destroy the uniqueness of the vehicle. now its going to be just a dual barreled lvkv 42 + radar.

@@fissis1955 veak is not shit at 7.7. its just another boring antiair now. and 37 is a better antiair: 66% higher firerate, 17% higher velocity and more tnt filler on the HEFI rounds.
@@fissis1955 still the radar and bullet velocity on the Yenisei is mediocre, and as an SPAA with no proxy it is overall just not as good as the gepard, I didn’t have too good of a time using it. The VEAK 40 will probably be used as a tank destroyer like the Yenisei now, most probably in late game

I experienced the same cheap shot when I was about to unlock the Strela 10M2. I think I only had 1400 to do and I decided to go to bed and do the rest the following day. Its BR went up in the morning and it changed rank too, so it was worth like 100,000 SL more and it took even more RP to unlock... To say I was pissed off is an understatement! 😅
@@philipped.r.6385 Sweden has been unfortunate for me when it comes to gaijin messing with the vehicles. I was about to unlock Rank III then they foldered a TD into the previous rank forcing me to get the Ban Kanon. Then when I was about to get the next rank again, they added the damn BMP with no missile forcing me to research it.

I realy dont know why they are taking away the He-Vt Rounds away from the Veak. They are the best tool against the Russian Heli Spam at this Br. They could have put that thing at 9.0 that would still be fine
You already pretty much wrote why they're doing this: *the HE-VT takes care of the Russian heli spam.* That's the main reason.

The only heli spam thats uniquely beneficial to the russians at this br is 1st spawn rocket runs, and u dont need HEVT to deal with that - any radar guided thing at all will instantly swat any rocket heli's. All the atgm's are comparably trash with slight differences in range, speed and numbers available per pylon. Radar guided HEVT was unbalanced in general at 8.7 where there is basically no aircraft equipped with ballistic computers to fight back with across every TT. Its not a russian thing lmao, it was simply under tiered for ages - but now u get a good 7.7 AA and can use the Itpsv 90 at 8.7 which was already fairly balanced being a better gepard at a single br step higher. Its a good balance change.
the AMX-50/90 and Chart 25t are still 8.0 and now another french lineup is going away because the AMX-30 DCA is moving up, for some reason
AMX-50 (90) has no place at 8.0. It can’t even front pen a T-54. I miss it in my 7.7 line up. However France 8.3? Yuck bro, just go 8.7 or 9.3.
Kinda makes sense since falcon is same current br yet being slower, worse armour, no radar, less ammo etc

@@itryrice8526 I like the surbaisse but it’s a little fat and big so people tend to spot me easier. I often like the flank in my 7.7’s due to speed and size.

i think gaijin have 2 option to fix overlapping spaa (iptsv and veak) at 8.7, change the iptsv hull to T55 and decrease the br or nerf/up br the veak, which gaijin choose the latter
this way gaijin doesn't need another modelling team to fix it

While I did complain about the DCA going up earlier, I am a Japan main at heart, so I gotta say, what in the world did the Type 81 C do? Sticking it at 11.3 where there is literally NOTHING else now makes absolutely zero sense. So it’s either uptier my 11.0 lineup or drag my Type 93 to 11.0. I mean, cool the FCU is going down, but I’d rather keep it where it is. Japan really can’t get anything nice unless they give something else up. It happens almost every single time.

Welp the Japanese Type-81 C going up to a BR where it only 0.4 BR rating below the Pantsir where the Pantsir can be used to kill other vehicles and a radar that can do TWS which 😢
Strela and 292 going to 10.3 is a great move.
Strela being at 10.3 while Roland and Ozelot at 9.7 makes no sense
Strela doesn’t have:
-Radar
-Thermals
-IRCCM
-Mobility
-Anything against armor
Missiles only go up to 5km and leave a huge trail. If there is A-6E in the sky at 6km you CAN’T DO ANYTHING even if you somehow manage to spot it

Here's an idea for Gaijin, if a vehicle gets into a full uptier, it should be able to adequately deal with the threats at that BR to an extent. For example, if an SPAA that has a 2 mile effective range at 10.0 gets a full uptier to 11.0, it should be able to deal with air threats at that BR to an extent. Now the issue arises when the threat of the aircraft can out range the SPAA with munitions. Essentially the aircraft either needs to go up in BR or more SPAA options need to be available in the event such a scenario occurs.
we need different br for aircraft, fighting A6 TRAM that fly high and lobbing paveway in ozelot is not fun at all

@@princessapplestrach6327 falcon doesn't have full apds belts lmao. They literally have the same guns with the same ammo belts and ammo distribution on them with one apds. DCA gets another belt for a reload, has a radar and is more mobile. Go play the game or look at the fucking wiki and stop posting misinformation

292 going up is actually huge for it because it needs tanks with a bit more protection in order to generate spall. So I personally believe I’ll enjoy it more now

Wait I’m confused. They said the hstvl is effective where it’s at, but they are looking at buffing it by giving it new ammo? How can it be effective if they need to look into how they can improve it?
I just want a ground battle mode in WT without CAS. CAS has been too much lately making it not fun especially to players like me that don’t grind Air Vehicles at all.
Ground assault, but that really isn’t fun.
fr 8 out of my 10 games played end in being CAS spammed till none of my team exists and the CAS users respawn in tanks and cap every point for the win while facing little to no resistance ...its essentially them saying "I have no skill in ground so I'm gonna spam 1000 pounders with five other CAS bombers til its safe for me to drive around" which is just clown shoes.

It’s not even better, the 2s38 has a much faster firerate with a round that’s basically about as effective with way more rounds and aphe and hevt

I need to stop playing well with the Otomatic. 11.0 for the shittiest SPAA. Needs to drop to 9.7 and replaced with a normal SPAA with missiles

The Italian prem F104 shouldn’t be 11.0 with its current load out, either needs all aspect missiles or down br’d to 10.7 cos it suffers against f16’s and mig29’s
It is based of the F-104S in the tech tree so it is a blatent copy and paste with a different skin, same missiles and same loadout overall, I think both are fine at their current BR.
@@chevlex7993 I know it’s a copy of the tech tree one, but I think they should both go up by 0.3br for 2 main reasons. 1: they have aim9ps while other aircraft it faces have aim9ls, r60s, aim9ms, Magic 2s and similar all aspect missiles. 2: Yes it’s a fast plane, but 8/10 times it faces f16s, mig29s and mirages. It gets uptiered to much and faces too advanced aircraft to be any good, plus its radar missiles compared to aim7ms and r24r is laughable (especially with no gun if u take them). The 11.3 f104 is fine cos it has aim9ls, but the 11.0s don’t and need to change as they just suffer
I honestly think the m1 should get m833 while I understand why it is at 10.3 but if it is going to stay there it should get a better round in my opinion
In my opinion, they should leave the VEAK at 8.7 and put the itpsv90 at 7.7. It makes more sense to me.

Hey justin what would u think about adding dutch vehicles to the german line up say the f16 for top tier planes and the apache for helicopters and for ground the cv 90/40nld seeing that our army js very closly working together with germany even falling under german command at some levels this might give germany some more variation than just the leopards and migs cuz the tornado is just shit and maybe they can do lower ranked vehicles to. hope to hear your oppinion.

one of the plane nobody talks about is the milan at 9.7 its uptired 90% of the time you only have aim9Band no flare at the only effective way is bombing but this either you have the f4 in your team that goes faster or the su 25 with R-60MK who fires a missiles at you and you can basicly do nothing against it

Even times Ive shot the 2S38 in the engine and the round didnt spall with DM53 its a dumb tank at 10.0. Yet gaijin will put type 81c to 11.3???

Pretty bad? They’re really bad. Just look at the lvkv 42; sure it has an okay rate of fire, but it has too little explosive mass and ammo to be used as an spaa. The thing literally cant even destroy a wing of a bf 109 it just destroys flaps and gear legs, which is so much worse than other SPAA

The Lvrbv 701, ASRAD-R and ItO 90M are the only exceptions to this. All other SPAA in the Swedish tree perform better as AT-vehicles.
@@Rocky0_99 I didn’t wanna get flamed lol, yeah the 40mm cannons are absolutely horrible spaas, same goes to the zsu 57. They can’t even hit planes strafing me. The itpsv90 is also quite bad as a spaa, you can’t really hit anything past 1.5km

I dont agree with the f5 ecu going down in BR, the f5e should go up to 11.0, there is nothing u can do against it if u are in a 9.7 jet.

Strela I don't think it should have gone up despite being good. They should have just made other SPAA in other trees on par with strela and at lower BR to atleast have a almost fair counter against CAS for every tree. Strela is defenseless against anything except open tops and milk trucks
Eh, still think the 292 being op is exaggerated . Sure its a glass cannon on a basic naked T-80u hull but that reload gets u killed soo many times . But Russia honestly needed a shuffle at 10.0 , to many good tanks there. will be interesting to see 292, T-80b, Strela line ups now

I'm glad they didn't decide to uptier the Q-5A.
I'm immensely sad that they still think the Q-5L is just perfect where it is with no flares, no AAMs and no ground armaments stock only having the 23mm water pistols.
Really not surprised though, they are so adamant about their absolute clown mode implementation of this aircraft and their "We must have primary source X and Y to make a change", that the Q-5L will probably stay the way it is forever.

Im very much an early cold war fan but the bmp 1 to 8.0?? The T-54 needs to be 7.7 imo

Magazine said the VEAK change was for the 7.7 -8.0 line up.....this is fucked because there IS NO 7.7 to 8.0 line up for sweden. 2s6 is 10.7, Strela 10.3.....fucking geniuses at Gaijin for sure. When i have a 2S6 on the field , my thumbs up my ass on the Strela. What needed to happen is that the other trees needed to be brought up to snuff.
Team RU at 10.0 just sucks. Found myself quite struggling to get a decent winrate with 292 despite having 4.0 KDA with it, it’s like 2s38. Overpowered vehicle but the team sucks so much

That chally 1 going to 10.3 is a stupid change even with that new ammo... it's got poor survivability, below average mobility, decent gun handling though a weak shell... now it'll have a better one sure though it'll still be a mid tank at best even if it stayed at 10.0.... though alright lets toss it up in BR........... really don't grasp this lot most of the time with changes.

Yeah the 292 being released 10.0 was pure bias. Of course the first event vehicle not being completely shit in a while is Russian. Still strong 10.3 want to see it 10.7
Rooikat Mk1. D has one of the worst performing darts in the game with zero spalling. Im interested to know what the basis for its increase was. L26 is a bad round too, Leopard 2A4 DM33 is so much better
2S38 is very mid, by that I actually mean really mid. Whenever I see a 2S38 I kill it easily and when it sees me first it’s a 50-50. Sometimes I kill it sometimes I die to it. It’s just weird fighting it tbh… The turret is a weak spot when hull down with that ammo on the left side, also the empty space on the middle of the vehicle is fine for me. Just aim at the ammo or the crew. Now some times you get gaijined so a good idea would be to put fuel tanks there. I have the vehicle too so I know how it is to play it and it isn’t impressive, for me. I find it slow and weak… the lack of depression sucks with that tall ass profile the 2S38 has. Better off just nerfing the APFSDS which is the biggest problem

The 2s38 suffers due to the fact that most people who use it are clueless fools. It is devastating in a competent players hands
