So pretty and easy! Thx! (btw if you want to get rid of the black border on your video, make sure you choose the "widescreen" option when editing in Movie Maker, it's under one of the tabs at the top). Cheers!
Hello Anna! I really love the burlap wreath that you made. I have a question about the last one that you made which was a burlap wreath. I am trying to find that specific burlap as it looks to me that it is stiff but cannot find it anywhere in stores. Is there a place that I can get them? Or can you send some to me? LOL! Thanks!
Easy simple and right to the point!! But I do have a quick question, does it matter if u start frm the inside of the ring or the outside? Thanks in advance, have a blessed day!! : )
do u have a video, or can u tell me, i want 2 do a mesh wreath using the poofs & ruffles method, i dont know what 2 cut the ruffles? ? i think the ruffles will go on the outer ring??? pleez help,
Zachary Newcomer Club my experience with "natural" burlap is that its going frey. That's just one of its charictorics. I am sure some of the looser weaves will frey more than the tighter ones. If it's that important to you that it doesn't frey then why don't you just seal the cut ends of the burlap with Modpodge, or some other sort of clear fabric paint. It will add a lot of time to your project. Because you'll have to allow at least 24 hours for the burlap to dry completly before your able to really work with it. At least that's what I would do.
The stiffer and tighter it is the less it will fray. It’s also slightly more expensive than looser weaved burlap. Michaels and Walmart both carry tightly weaves burlap. I’ve used some from Walmart that is so stiff it really doesn’t fray, especially after spraying it with mod podge in a can.
I think that she used a smaller work wreath. I bought the 24" wreath and had to buy another roll of mesh to make it full enough to cover the wire. It is huge and does not work on my front door...I am a little disappointed :-(
Best video I've seen using the burlap and geo mesh to make these wreaths.
Great work! Can wait to see what you come up with for the rest of this year!!!
I would love to see a video on how to make the witch wreath that is in the background of this video. Love what you create!
Pj, I am interested in the witch in the background of the video. Did you get a response, if so could you share with me...Thx
