No not a weirdo Dennis. Coming from a chef - smashed Avocado on Vegemite toast with fried eggs 👨🍳 With sautéed tomatoes & mushies.

we did our cooking with cross flow (you can get an extension piece for the main door lock/holder allowing you to open that window - we bought one. But never thought of doing toast on floor near door (we’d do ours outside on a table if awning was out). 👍
Thanks guys. Yes I’ll have to get the little foot extension bracket. Always frustrating not being able to open the window with the door open.
Glad I’m not alone or weird either the Vegemite avocado toast thing. Maybe all those people that told me I was weird are the weird ones after all.
Spencer always keeps on eye on my cooking to make sure I’m following all the safety procedures.

I cook in the van quite a lot. I sometimes set the smoke alarm off cause I cook on high heat flat out. Cling wrap helps here by giving the detector a little wrap 😮
The fans are noisy in my van too and it’s always hard to find space no matter how big your van or house is.

Thanks champion. Haven’t been away in the van for a while but wanted to push out another vid so with a bit of influence from your cooking channel decided to share my favourite van breaky. We’re heading down to Murramarang in a few weeks & hoping for good weather to squeeze out another vid around there.

@@TropicalZooms Thanks mate. Your correct I have finished a heap of exams and had a week off to catch up on housework cutting down the hedges where I can. The boys also do sport everyday all over the shop. I take Jesse to Canberra on Thursday. Tomorrow I’m down the farm and having a mulcher fitter to the tractor. I was there this weekend as well.
Uni starts back tonight so I do not get a long break after the summer schooling assessments and release of grades. It’s going to be another busy year but will ease off in October as I will only have a couple of subjects to go from then. Thank goodness.
Great idea on the cooking vid mate. People genuinely want to know what it’s like as I was told the same thing that nobody ever cooks in the van. The salesman has not heard of rain or getting to your destination in the dark and it’s freezing then.
Your trip should be great and give you five minutes away from all the extra hours you have been doing. We all need trips to reenergise that’s for sure.

One of the clauses in my yoochoob award conditions is that Deb is not to star in any of the videos at any time. The occasional mention is the limit.
