I have the sport in my garage about to install, and I’ve been going back and forth between the two for the past three months. I’ve been watching videos with doubts in my mind that I should get the extreme. This was the most helpful comparison I’ve seen out of the countless videos I’ve watched thank you!
Been watching you for some time now bro and after a long 2 year wait I finally got my Xtreme Catback System Polished Tips daum pipes sound amazing.. came from a flowmaster outlaw with crazy drone from 2-3k RPMS. Corsa sounds so authentic and rich👏🏾🔥
I agree with you 100%. I have the corsa sport paired with American Racing headers with high flow cats along with a whipple blower. Tonal quality is far more important to me than just sheer volume.
When you upload the headers with the sport sound clips add in that clip from the extremes video you threw in the beginning of this one. I’m waiting until spring to do an exhaust but wanna hear headers vs stock manifold.

I'm glad you made this video. I respect your opinion although I'll be running the corsa longtube headers with the extremes. I'm not spending another $1700 dollars on an exhaust. I already had the magnaflow comps amd went xorsa extreme. I like it loud so I'm good. My guess as to why you want headers is for the same reason everybody else does.probably.HP!!! Up to 40 with a good tune. Also you can put it in 6th and it will still be reasonable from the other videos ive seen. Sry I gotta go extremes. Good video!
How'd you like the combo? I have headers and the extremes. It's wicked. There are times it could be toned down. One, in the morning when my neighbors are still sleeping and it hits high idle you'll shit your pants. Other times I find myself holding back when I'd normally be a little stealth, and this is anything but lol
I just got the Corsa Extreme Active on my 19 GT. I am in absolute love with the set up. Quiet mode is better than stock. Normal mode is throaty and deep. Sport and track are just the best. Low guttural growls in the low rpms and full on screaming demon under load. I literally watched Borla and Corsa vids on here for 9 months before my purchase. 100% worth the money if you're looking for a more aggressive system that allows you to tone it down when needed. Get the best of both world with this system as it features both sport and extreme modes.
I also just got rid of my xtremes, I’m going headers very soon. Went to sports, I love the xtremes, but they’re not meant to go with headers. I have a video on my channel if anyone is curious what a catless corsa xtreme sounds like.
Love the exhaust! Hey so I just bought a 2016 5.0 and I'm stuck between the sports and the extremes. I prefer the tone of the extremes but I'm worried that it'll get annoying on roadtrips. What do you think?
If you’re just doing a cat back, go extremes, if you have plans for headers in your future go sports, I ran extremes for awhile and it’s perfectly quiet on the freeway

Curious, can you see those mufflers hanging down from the back of the car? I can’t stand the GT500 knock offs I have because you can see the whole muffler hanging. Looks like crap.
The extreme cat back is sport mufflers with there x pipe, the sport cat back is there touring mufflers with an x pipe. It does quite it down a bit, you throw long tubes on there, lord even the sport cat back is gonna be loud
This doesn't make sense to me unless corsa changed things in the last couple of years. 2 choices in mufflers are touring or sport. X pipe or h pipe on sport mufflers makes the "extreme system". If you're doing headers buy the touring. If you're staying with factory manifolds buy the sports and either add a h pipe or x pipe, right. Does that make sense or am I still confused? Of course now they have double x and double h pipe.

That's a good choice. My 2017 had the Xtremes with longtubes and Whipple supercharged. It was ear shattering loud.

My 14 Flowmaster outlaws rest stock was louder than my long tubes catted x stock resonators with corsa sport quads to quiet all around

John Shukeireh definitely quieter, I’d say it’s roughly 70% of what the extremes are under normal driving conditions and at WOT

Extremes are louder with headers than sports with headers. Doesn’t matter if the sports have the x pipe or not. The extremes are made different
