I was a breeder of Teacup Chichi's and Rottweilers for 20 years. I have ONE of my puppies left, and she turned 16 in May (she was born the same year as Hurricane Katrina). Teacup Chihuahuas are a lot LESS "nervous" than regular Chichis, and they are a LOT more fun.... they are, however, EXTREMELY delicate, especially when puppies, so you MUST make sure they don't jump off of beds or bump their heads! Love them and they will love you back for the rest of their lives. Be blessed!

There is no sweeter, smarter and so loyal. I just lose my chichi a few days ago. He was 17. I’m still grieving. Seeing these precious babies makes smile. Those little wagging tails is just cuteness overload ❤

I am so sorry that you lost your companion. Many people don't realize that for some people their pets are a true member of the family. We had a Pekingese/Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu mix. She was a cranky old girl who was pregnant when we got her. She had 4 puppies. 2 of them were healthy, but sadly two of them were "runts". Very small. My Dad called the Vet and gave us instructions to help keep them alive. I was about 7 or 8 years old when this happened. I took care of one, and my Dad took the other. That night was hard, but I kept him(Bozo) warm and I fed to the minute as ordered by the Vet. My Dad did as well but sadly his pup passed away midway through the night. My little guy fought, and kept on fighting. He was named Bozo because he always had this goofy look on his face and he was so cute and funny. The two healthy pups, the girl was named Pogo since she bounced around like a little Pogo-Stick. And the last, the Big male, was Yogi Bear, because he was so big compared to the others. Bozo became my guard. Nobody could even come into my room to wake me up for school. And Pogo was my precious little girl. She loved to sleep with you. Her favorite spot was between my side and my arm with her head on my shoulder. I'd hear her little snores at night. Her and Bozo were perfect pets. Except every once and a while Bozo would drop little presents 💩💩 at 🌙night🌙. I'd hear my Mom or Dad scream some obscenity especially it they "found" it. ---> 💩🦶😳😱😖😠😠😤😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 But in the end these were members of our family. I'm not going to go into the details of losing them. Suffice to say it hurt bad. Even now some 50 years later, I think about those days, and I still tear up. The Bond a person can have with a 🐕🐶dog🐶🐕 is incredibly special. My health has deteriorated to much for me to have a dog again and that's sad. I'd really love to have a puppy again. Take care and God Bless.

We lost our darling Dennis a week ago so I share your heartbreak. As I go by his sitting room it feels as if the life has been sucked out of it. Such amazing love and warmth packed into such a tiny little dog. Our lives are so much richer having known him.❤. Sending you lots of 😍

I have a 9 mon. old teacup Chihuahua he's a healthy active very intelligent little guy but then I bought him from a reputable breeder that I visited several times you just can't order one from pets limited or whatever you have to know where your puppy came from and who it's parents were this is for the trouble starts when you don't look into who & where U're buying a poppy

Until a person gets a chi you’ll never understand why all of lovers of this breed are drawn to them. I had chis for 30 years . Butkus my deer head is now 16 but his brothers have passed over that bridge. RIP Max, and Rudy Bear.

I love with 3 Chihuahua's, 2 are mixed and 1 is full blooded deer head. The oldest is Sasha a 12 year old Chorkie(chi-yorkie), next is Jaxon a 3 year old Deer Head then is Max a 1 year old Chug(chi-pug). They are the best in the world, Max belongs to my son and daughter my son said he'd never have a Chihuahua but he fell in love with Max when he seen him. My son was in prison for 7 years, when his wife told she had gotten Max he had a fit until he met him. He loves him so much, he loves them all but Max is his baby. 💓💓💓 I wouldn't trade my furbabies for anything in the world🥰

They are cute but remember their tiny size, "Teacup", was achieved by breeding runts of litters with other runts. The runt of a litter usually has all kinds of problems. Many mother dogs, cats, etc. will leave a runt to die because the moms know they are not the fittest and have less chance to live long. I do not encourage this type of breeding by not buying these tiny runts and adopt a dog from the animal
shelter saving him/her from possible death.
Spaying or neutering also does the trick
That why its better to adopt them teacup..or yet better to replace all WILD ANIMALS with teacup chiahuahua hauhauhauha.

The Yellow rose; Way to go CNN. Spread half truths and lies to forward an agenda. Teacups are not runt on runt breeding. They are selectively breed for size and conformation. And they have no more health issues the any other Chihuahua. I have a 1 1/2 pound teacup named Joe, he is 15 years old now, and still plays with the other dogs and cats. So much for not living long. And a lot of the dogs in this video are not teacups, they're standard Chihuahua babies.
I sure like to get two teacups they really good to have them in the morning play with them.

Anyone who loves this breed needs their heads examined. They are NOT the smartest/most intelligent dog breed ever. They aren’t even in the Top 20 Most Intelligent Dog Breeds list, that’s how STUPID they are.
They are yappy pieces of shit. You know those rubber squeeze toys that you squeeze and their eyes pop out of their heads? That’s what chihuahuas are. I want to do that to them.
I saw an old neighbour’s chihuahua being killed by a Bobcat in my neighbourhood. I’m glad the Bobcat got a nice meal. She had 6 and after that, 5 left. I rejoiced when she moved. I hated her yappy dogs.
The elevator doesn’t quite reach the top floor, aka they’re not the brightest crayons in the box. Same can be said about people who like them and/or own them. Want a smart AND cute dog?? Then get a Border Collie or Rottweiler or Doberman Pinscher (just some of the dogs on the Top 20 dog breed list that are smart.

@@bettyk4927 I have teacup appleheads and standard size deerheads. But I only raise Chihuahuas, no other breed. Will have teacup appleheads in late summer ☀️ Probably by August. Have 2 mamas in heat now. Mamas are 3 lbs and Sire is 2.4 lbs. We are in Miami, OK. They are $2575 with free delivery up to 5 hours.
