Each time I lower a leg my entire body just goes forward. When I do things like dead bugs, my core for some reason doesn’t stays still. Also my lower back always kills me when I put myself in the floor and try to lift a leg…. Help 😢

There is no such thing as „special“ exercises that help you lose weight. You lose weight by achieving a calorie deficit and shrink size by losing fat. Building muscle actually grows them
Fat buildup on some areas of your body is kind of related to genetics as well. You really cannot spot-reduce these 'unwanted' areas. I myself have thick thighs :'( so I just do everything, but more cardio, less sugar in my diet (but I don't deprive myself of carbs). Then I still do lift weights since building muscle also burns calories. This whole thing is a lifestyle -- not a one-time thing or a short-term challenge.

No one tells you about the dangers ⚠️ I once snapped a full-fledged resistance band straight into my eye (it slipped off my foot during a workout) I saw stars and a whole new dimension as I squirmed around on the floor in pain 😂😂😪😪 not my best moment lol Be careful everyone!
not you randomly popping up on my feed and giving me a reality check 😭 but its true. when you dont really have a solid core its really easy to justify inaction and keep yourself in the same situations that frustrate you until you're barely getting through on survival mode. im trying to figure out how i can just start focusing purely on myself instead of literally everything and everyone else and how theyre not showing up in my life or how this or that isnt my ideal circumstance etc. its so tiring expelling your energy like that. i dont know why im wired like that.

Try walking for 30 min 4-5x a week. Cardio is the best way.
