You are correct. Many of them do get enlarged hearts and do die at ages far too young. On the other hand, yes, visually it is impressive, that is also true. This is an extreme form of body art, and pushing the body to this extreme is simply not good for a long life.
Plain and simple you can't get like that unless you do "ROIDS", if anybody tells you different they are as high as a kite, there is no possible way no matter how much you train, impossible

Every single bodybuilder in this video is or was taking nightmarish amounts of steroids, growth hormone and every other drug that enhances size at a cost of several thousand dollars a year. Six time Mr Olympia winner Arnold Schwarzenegger who is shown in his prime took copious amounts of steroids during his competitive years and compared to the modern bodybuilders seen here looks like he's a beginner. So get it out of your head that hard training will get you arms like these guys. Unless you have an ample bank account forget it, don't get me wrong you can still get bigger muscles naturally but not to this degree. Videos like this never let you know the real underlying reason they are the size they are which is deceptive especially if you're a green, wet behind the ears, newbie.

My biceps are 8.25". My goal is to reach double digits by the time I'm 65. I'm pretty strong however. I can curl 25lbs with an EZ Bar. I'm always feeling frisky when I load an extra 2.5lb plate on each side. 🏋️🇺🇸💪
