Hey Matty, great review, but the armor does change! It just changes at particular increments unless you use the DLC for outfit changing which works too. Just thought I'd point it out.
@@MrMattyPlays It's weird, sometimes it changes and sometimes it doesn't which was pretty confusing. I think it's that story beats change your armor and outfits too? Yeah, it's a bit bizarre for sure.
I think the armor in equipment doesn't change the looks. When you get a new outfit (from story, and probably collection but I haven't reached that point), you also get the same piece as armor. Most other armor only have name, description and stats Basically armor doesn't unlock new outfits, but outfits gives new armor I haven't bought dlc armor but I guess they don't give armor equipments
i believe it's very important to not change armor based on what piece of equipment you wear because usually the looks of these characters, whether you use costumes or not, are very important and more crucial to the overall experience of the game than they are in other RPGs where you pretty much play yourself/your avatar in the game.

It’s so awesome that the tales series is getting all this recognition. For years it was difficult to find people that had even heard of this series and it’s probably my favorite of all time. Incredibly excited for this game!
Far from my favorite series, but I've beaten them all (playing Arise now), but it's mostly been downhill since Syphonia. Bersaria was decent, Zestiria was terrible, but this game has really nailed it. I just hope it sticks the landing.
It was a decent game that I enjoyed. It will release in the Series X atcsome point I'm almost sure of it. The reason I say this is they did the same thing for their last big Tales game. Tales of Vesperia was a 360 exclusive for at least a year or two before the international version. Then they redid it for the 8th/9th generation and I played it again. I beat Vesperia on my Xbox 360 and then again on my Series X. We're picking up Tales of Arize on the PS5 this Friday. It was my fiancee's choice to get it in the PS5 as I chose the last game.
@@densetsu4286 Yeah...that's not necessarily the truth anymore. With Sony and their new found fondness for censorship I wouldn't bank on them being the party for exclusive JRPG'S moving forward. They just lost a JRPG not too long ago that I thought would never happen...Disgaea. That series started on the PlayStation and was well loved here in the States. We Disgaea/PlayStation players in the US were the driving force behind NIS's excellent sales. While it hit the PS4 in Japan it is a Switch exclusive here in the States. I believe that was due in large part to Sony's new stance on censorship and if true, it won't be the last. This is a big reason why I believe Microsoft is going to take this generation as more developers move away from Sony for their American releases. Microsoft holds no censorship rules with their games and GamePass is a mighty powerful tool as well. Addendum: I don't care one way or the other as we (fiancee and I) have both the Xbox Series X and PS5.
@@Sinn0100 nope still is. Playstation still has the most. Pc is gaining. Xbox is still almost desolate. At the start of every gen MS tries to beg and plead but eventually they stop cause it's a lost cause. Happened with og Xbox. Happened with x360. Happened with xbone. What makes you think xsx will be any different? There's nothing that shows it will be. Also no developer had left sony. And gamepass isn't all powerful. It's most MS shelling out tons of cash to devs. And then only dlc sakes are accounted for for their games. Meanwhile actual game sales are falling on xbox. For 2 reasons. 1 they can get it for free if it's on game pass which causes the system to sell less copies. And 2 if the game does not release day and date people hold out cause they don't want to potentially waste money which hurts the game sales. Also more devs are using game pass due to MS guaranteed money due to the fact nearly all games sells less on that system before game pass was a thing. And with how poor xb1 did in sales it gives unnecessary risks for devs to make games. Hence why game pass exist. It's to fix all the problems that plague that system. Oh and more and more devs are signing timed and perma exclusives for Sony now than ever. That's not a sign of devs leaving Sony. That's a sign that devs trust sony's base to make a profit on the project without Xbox. That's shows confidence. And that censorship rule is pretty much already gone. It was very short lived and went away after Jim Ryan took over. They are back to the same rules that they been operating under before that. So nice try with that d outdated info.
@@densetsu4286 First and foremost, the first Xbox was done not to beat anyone but to simply get Microsoft into the console business. Microsoft, starting late overtook Nintendo for second place. Acting as if Sony took the 7th generation with ease is also wrong. The Xbox 360 led for most of the 7th generation and by the time it was over...it was close. Moving along... The 8th generation was the most anemic generation in the history of gaming. Both consoles were incredibly weak out of the gates and it really showed. Sony's only saving grace was the 8GB of GDDR5 it came equipped with that at least enabled it to display in 1080p with most games. Microsoft didn't show up to the party until the Xbox One X released and by then it was to late. This new generation is nothing like the last and making the claim that "Microsoft has nothing" is incorrect. Not only do they have most games that are on the PS5 they now have a decent sized list of games that are not on Sony's console. This also doesn't include what the Series X does while running in backwards compatibility mode. I'll put it this way, until you have seen what a Series X does to older games on a 4K screen running full out you simply can't understand. This is the kind of backwards compatibility that we could have only dreamed of in the past. It makes almost every Xbox One game the definitive version and not just with little graphical updates. These old games look and play like full remasters. While the PS5 does similar things running in backwards compatibility it's nowhere near the same amount of games. I have yet to see a game from the 8th generation look better that Metro Exodus running full out on a Series X...we're talking watershed can it run Crysis moment here. Microsoft is not the same company they were during the 8th generation. They can smell blood in the water and are coming for Sony. The notion that Microsoft has to "beg" anyone is nothing but fanboy nonsense. Did you know that the PSN is completely powered by Microsoft's Azure networks. Everytime you log into your PlayStation you're supporting Microsoft. I also can't remember a time when Microsoft lost an exclusive to either Sony nor Nintendo. It's happened to Sony twice so far this year. Did you also know that the Xbox Series S/X sold more consoles these past two months than Sony? Begs...that's funniest stuff.
Yea I been a matty viewer all the way back from when he was new doing fallout 3. The thing is no 2 people have to like every last games. He plays alot of games i dont like . I played alot of games he hasnt too I'm sure. Dont be a stan. Be a fan. Real gamers play dozens or even 100s of games in my case. No 2 people have to like every last same game. The odds of that is astronomical if your not simping over someone else's opinion. So yes I like matty but I dont have to like everything he does.
Glad you liked it this much. :) I think this skit format's kind of a work in progress, but I really like them keeping the Skit Library from Tales of Xillia, meaning if you want to wait on seeing a skit an miss it, it should show up in the campfire later and you can watch it then, though of course it'd be hard to a new player to know that. I also think that while the side quests didn't include a lot in the way of actual side stories, some of the interactions they brought were actually good. :) I do think if you switch voice tracks, it just never feels right. Loved the English run of this game, but I remember really not feeling the skits when they first showed them off in Japanese until I got to see them in English later. I really don't think English is 'bad' so much as very different. I think over time, they've leaned more into the differences between acting in Japanese and English, and it just comes down to what clicks with you. I think whichever one you're used to, you'll enjoy it immensely in this game. I at least appreciate you saying you respect people for choosing the dub. (especially when you consider this is a series all about accepting people for being different. XD )
If you want to try one to get a feel for the series, try tales of vesperia, it's on Xbox game pass and is the most solid in the tales series before they tried to alter the system so much
Vesperia is great for gameplay and the characters are, for the most part, decent, but in my opinion the story meanders aimlessly for a long time, the villains (apart from maybe two of them) are really poor and forgettable, and one really annoying party member almost ruined the game for me. Don't be afraid to try the others if Vesperia isn't working for you. They're all different enough that it's worth trying each of them. Personally, Berseria was my favourite of the ones I've played with Symphonia and the two Xillia games as close runners up (then followed by Vesperia).
saw both suggestions down here for vesperia. while i love the art style and characters, the gameplay does not feel very modern tbh. it feels quite clunky in fact. definitely playable, and enjoyable once you take the time to get used to it, but it is not intuitive by todays standards. camera is fixed perspective usually, and combat like i said, will feel clunky at first. the world is really cool though imo, i just dont think it's as accessible in terms of the barrier to entry as the more modern titles are. if you consider those things to be issues for you that is. still i do suggest it if you have game pass bc why not?
I hate what Bandai Namco did with the Ultimate Edition.. Providing players a different experience over others who don't spend even more money.. It's not good enough that we buy the game full price day one.. They want even more money from you to get those in-game boosts. That annoys me big time. I absolutely hated it when Ubisoft started this.. After taxes this title already cost me $90 CDN.
I agree.. the experience should be the same for everyone. Almost feel they tailored the experience for those who buy the extra items.... just like the assassins greed game designed their game to be a real drag just so u had to spend money on the timesavers microtransactions.
I don't think its a good thing to have the boost. It takes away from the experience of progressing normally through the game, so even tho i can buy the ultimate edition, id rather not. That being said, when i played tales of vesperia definitive edition. The final boss was a way higher level than me, and i used the xp that came with the game to get to his level rather than farm the hours it wouldve took me to reach it.
This is my first attempt at a JRPG. Didnt want to get overwhelmed by the newness but your review has put my mind at ease. Excited to get home now that its done downloading.
i played the demo and the combat was super fun. I was excited and hoped the characters and story was going to be good. sounds like it will be after seeing a few reviews!
I can’t wait to play this!! The tales games are my favorite game series of all time aside from Persona and kingdom hearts. I’m getting this for my birthday on the 15th!😁
@@davidwebster4871 Nope. Tales is like Final Fantasy or Persona in the sense that each game is its own story separate from the rest of the games with only a few direct sequel games as exceptions, which Tales of Arise is not.
Loved your true excitement for this game, and the description of the features and novelties you like the most are both informative and engaging. I’ve played the free beta and the boost attacks were some of the sickest moves I’ve seen in a jrpg, but the thing that surprised me the most is that there are so many. Not sure if I’ve played or know another jrpg that action and combo oriented, and I love that, the combat system and animations are so smooth in comparison to the previous Tales titles, the transitions between arts and combos were pretty stiff. Waiting for the courier today, your video made me hyped even more😆🤣
Great review! I’m excited for this game tomorrow. Sad to see they didn’t fix the healing of the characters. I had that issue in the demo. I fixed it by taking control of the healer and healing my party. I tried playing the demo in Japanese (the voice acting is great) but with so much speaking it was hard for me to keep up with the subtitles.
I think the skits cutscene before in the Tales game like in Berseria is actually more low budget cutscene than the 3D-fied animated skits in Tales of Arise knowing I had some programming class in animation before and as what I know it really takes a lot effort/resources to make a comic cutscene like that.
Vesperia's dungeons were quite good imho, surely on a whole other level compared to recent Tales of Games, to say the least. Sure, the later half of the game had dungeons that were basically big mazes that pretty much ended up being "get the more fatigued by fighting the deeper you go" dungeons, but at that point of the game the fighting is the most relevant and developed mechanic, so it kinda makes sense to reserve the most interesting "puzzle as a dungeon" stuff for the first part.
I’m glad this came from a Tales fan perspective. Not that I want a bias review with no criticism on the games place in the franchise, but rather a reviewer who knows what meaningful changes they made for the franchise and how they were implemented. Like the skits, I’m not a fan of them I much rather they go back to the 2D animated scenes instead.
This was my first true tales of game. Huge persona fan from persona 4 golden onward. Never gave the series a shot till this game and was blown out of the water with how much I enjoyed it.
Personally I dont notice how good or bad japanese performances are when compared to english ones, because of that I tend to play with english voices on if they are available. I feel like I have an easier time getting invested in a character when I can actually understand what is being said. Unless the voice acting is meme levels of bad *cough* dynasty warriors 3 *cough* in which case ill take the japanese everytime.
The issue here is unless you understand Japanese, you're going to miss out on all the battle dialogue as well as the little comments throughout the dungeons that show subtitles spreading through.
Yeah I speak Japanese and English and I can say I can only think of like 3 times English dubs beat Japanese dubs to me. I can however understand Japanese so my experience is surely different. It's all down to preference I feel.
Same. That and I like paying more attention to the scene and what's going on instead of just reading dialogue. Just easier to get immersed and understand what's happening. Depends how fast the text goes by too
@@MumeiGami It's Ray Chase voicing Alphen, aka Noctis from FF15. He does a great job here but some of the characters can grate a little. Better than Berseria I thought.
@@Abraun897 I've seen the English voice overs though I played in 100% japanese. Arise has a fairly promising voice cast compared to usual for sure. But Japanese does too with VA's like Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, Takuya Satou, Sayuri Hara and Shino Shimoji. While Haruna Ikezawa (the voice of teepo and rollo) is playing Kisara which is funny. This is another cast I feel the English (while a great cast) will fall short on by comparison. These Japanese VA's are just known for certain emotions. Law seems to yell and scream a lot for example and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka is known for feral screaming and yelling. (aside from being Kirito or Bell Cranel of course)
Good video . It has Extremely fun battle system and gameplay. I feel it’s not enough towns and lack of interiors when in towns kinda was a letdown but I had a blast playing this and I been a tales fan for a decade now so I was looking forward to this. A solid 8/10 I would rate it
I've never played a Tales Of game and when I saw screenshots and previews for this game, I got excited! The worlds, environments and characters are attractive and its been a long time since i've enjoyed a JRPG. My biggest fear was that I had to play the other Tales of games to understand the story. Thanks to Matty, I'm going to happily pick this up!
Matty: Play...it...in Japanese. Me: NEVER!!!!! Seriously though, no disrespect to the Japanese voice actors, but I personally just really hate reading subtitles. So unless a dub is just horrendous, I'll always choose dub over sub. Also I find more comedic moments just never hit as well for me when they're spoken in another language. I don't know why that is. It's just a thing with me. 😅
100% agree about boss difficulty. Every boss fight was using up all of my life bottles, gels, and CP even after modifying strategy to be stingier. It reminded me a lot of the bad, unfair feeling balancing of earlier Tales games like Abyss. But at least in Abyss and Symphonia you can balance it out a bit by playing coop with a friend, a feature that is not present in Arise. Bosses need to have like, 30% less health. And also need to not spam their mystic artes when they hit low health.
Necroing this to AGREE WHOLEHEARTEDLY. The Ooze boss made me quit the game for a while and then when I came back, I threw it on Story difficulty for the boss only and it felt more in line with what I was expecting for a "normal" mode. I did the same for Ganabelt a couple hrs later as well. I was still pushed to manage CP, boosts, items, artes, equipment loadouts, and learn the bosses' movesets to make it through, but it wasn't oppressive to the point of needing to play perfectly for a 20 minute HP spongefest.
I did the unthinkable with this title...I preordered it for our PS5. Normally, I would never do such a thing but the many independent reviews are in and everything looks great. We (fiancee and I) also played the demo which was quite enjoyed.
I was really worried about the review embargo lifting only 1 day before release, that's generally a sign that the publisher isn't confident about the game's critical success, but I'm happy to see the reviews have been very positive so far, I'm seeing a few 8/10s and 9/10s floating around 👍👍👍
I do wonder why they do it a day before. It could be a sign they aren't confident but I would bet there is more to it. For example the people who fund Movies are very particular about everything because of the sheer amount of money that goes into big budget films so something as arbitrary as a poster has to be done a certain way (hence why all Superhero movie posters are the same) I would assume lifting the embargo a day early could be failsafe, in case the reviews don't do well. It also doesn't spread the hype out, the reviews come out, get people hyped, they buy the game.
It scratches that somewhat "LIGHT SOULS" (Easy games that are somewhat similar to the SOULS franchise) Code Vein - YS 8 - Tokyo Xanadu - Scarlet Nexus first come into mind when describing '"Light Souls"
I just killed my 3rd lord, and I'm loving it. No idea how this will go, but Shion/Alphen is the first couple in a tales game that isn't completely cringey. Combat is a blast, the story has been very good, and a bit heartbreaking in places so far. Just had a great twist. Very much looking forward to seeing how it goes.
I'm loving it, but i've been playing it in English for 30 hours and I really am enjoying the dub so...gonna stick with that instead of the Japanese sub.
Yeah, it really is much better than some people give it credit for. I get tired of how hard people are (that's being nice, some people are outright racist bullies) on others about English voices. The thing is, I don't think English and Japanese actors work the same way. No matter how hard you try, it's never going to not sound weird hearing a completely different voice come out of a character's mouth. I just think it's enough to prefer one or the other. It doesn't have to be about putting other people down like FAR too many people do.
How similar is this to Tales of Berseria? My hubby has been playing it and absolutely loves it so I have been debating buying him Arise but want to make sure this one is similar as I have heard the Tales games are all quite different gameplay from each other.
Just buy it, I think you husband will love it. Most reviewer is praising this game right now and If you husband love Berseria I'm sure he will love this game as well.
I've played Tales of Vesperia and Tales of Berseria, there's no QTEs so don't worry, the games have difficult selection and you can change it at any point
While there aren't QTEs per se, you will have to hit the D-Pad to activate those boost attacks and you will need to be quick about it as it's only available for a small period of time when the enemy is stunned. Hope this helps, Dalton!
I haven't tried Arise yet, Xillia is still my favorite. I'm still holding out hope that Bandai Namco will bring us the rest of the series. There are so many not in English, and missing from Steam and current gen consoles. It'll probably never happen, but a man can dream.
I started playing tales of games in Japanese once they finally gave us the option and usually go that route 90% of the time unless the setting is more western and has good acting. I wish we had it in Tales of Xillia. Cause I personally hated Milla Maxwell's voice but loved her character. Pretty sure that was the last one as well as the sequel that didn't give us the option.
re: bosses Same with you. On hard difficulty, I always ended up barely squeaking by with very few items left. That could be a turnoff for those who don't want to grind. But hey, it's part of the fun of JRPGs. And there isn't much grinding needed in this game compared to others. But yeah, take time to get strong, learn how to craft accessories, level up, maximize cooking buffs and MOST OF ALL- take time to customize AI commands in the Strategy section. This made me way less frustrated with the AI and massively improve how I'm able to conserve CP in battle which was your main issue with bosses. What an enjoyable game. Just finished it yesterday. Love it so much despite its minor flaws (especially in the story and character writing). Can't wait to grab Beyond the Dawn. Totally agree with your take on Japanese VAs!!! Shionne's tsundere-ness just doesn't get captured completely by the English VA.
I hope this doesn’t sound bad, but… can someone explain to me why I would ever want to listen to the Japanese voice track when I’m an english-speaker only. I’m genuinely curious. If you can’t understand the language and would read subtitles anyway, how can you tell if the voice acting is good? This guys comment that you should play the game in Japanese makes absolutely no sense.
Even if you can't understand what they're saying, you can still feel the emotions and such in a performance. Not sure how it feels in the game, have only seen a bit in English so far, but in anime in general the English dubs tend to feel awkward. In part due to the animation I imagine, where the talking and visuals don't match, or in an attempt to do so, people talk weirdly, in a way no one would normally. I find most English dubs fall flat or not fitting a character. Not as big of a problem for video games though for the most part.

Hey Matty, great review, but the armor does change! It just changes at particular increments unless you use the DLC for outfit changing which works too. Just thought I'd point it out.

I beat Vesperia on my Xbox 360 and then again on my Series X. We're picking up Tales of Arize on the PS5 this Friday. It was my fiancee's choice to get it in the PS5 as I chose the last game.
Or you can always buy a platstation if you truely care about playing jrpgs.

Yeah...that's not necessarily the truth anymore.

First and foremost, the first Xbox was done not to beat anyone but to simply get Microsoft into the console business.
I like the JRPG impressions. It's a hit or miss genre but when it hits, it HITS.
Haha EVERY other genre is a way more massive hit and miss than jrpg.. clearly you haven't played many...

Been waiting for this review, always trust the Matty opinion
He was completely wrong about The Ascent
The ascent certainly have issues. I agree with Matty.
@@WM-mu8ep Yes but some people like the OP go 100% by him tho
All I have to say is LOL
Glad you liked it this much. :) I think this skit format's kind of a work in progress, but I really like them keeping the Skit Library from Tales of Xillia, meaning if you want to wait on seeing a skit an miss it, it should show up in the campfire later and you can watch it then, though of course it'd be hard to a new player to know that. I also think that while the side quests didn't include a lot in the way of actual side stories, some of the interactions they brought were actually good. :)
I do think if you switch voice tracks, it just never feels right.
XD )
Never played any of the Tales games but this one has me thinking l may need to change that.
If you want to try one to get a feel for the series, try tales of vesperia, it's on Xbox game pass and is the most solid in the tales series before they tried to alter the system so much
@@zachhawn8720
Awesome l will thanks! I keep seeing it too 😆
Vesperia is great for gameplay and the characters are, for the most part, decent, but in my opinion the story meanders aimlessly for a long time, the villains (apart from maybe two of them) are really poor and forgettable, and one really annoying party member almost ruined the game for me. Don't be afraid to try the others if Vesperia isn't working for you. They're all different enough that it's worth trying each of them. Personally, Berseria was my favourite of the ones I've played with Symphonia and the two Xillia games as close runners up (then followed by Vesperia).
@@srswriter1165
Cool thanks for the tip 😎
saw both suggestions down here for vesperia. while i love the art style and characters, the gameplay does not feel very modern tbh. it feels quite clunky in fact. definitely playable, and enjoyable once you take the time to get used to it, but it is not intuitive by todays standards. camera is fixed perspective usually, and combat like i said, will feel clunky at first. the world is really cool though imo, i just dont think it's as accessible in terms of the barrier to entry as the more modern titles are. if you consider those things to be issues for you that is. still i do suggest it if you have game pass bc why not?
I agree that it is stupid so I wanted to make people aware of it just to be safe
Are you able to buy that content later??
I bought this on a whim the other night and I’m so glad I did… A few hours in now and having a lot of fun.
This is my first attempt at a JRPG. Didnt want to get overwhelmed by the newness but your review has put my mind at ease. Excited to get home now that its done downloading.
Matty: play it in Japanese!
Me: No I don't think I will
I love to see a cross over between a tales game, and a star ocean game.
i played the demo and the combat was super fun. I was excited and hoped the characters and story was going to be good. sounds like it will be after seeing a few reviews!
They knocked it out of the park with this one. My main gripe is the insane amount of DLC.
I can’t wait to play this!! The tales games are my favorite game series of all time aside from Persona and kingdom hearts. I’m getting this for my birthday on the 15th!😁

I already pre-order my physical copy, now I’m just waiting for the release!
i play in english because i can't really appreciate japanese voice acting since i don't understand words being said.
Waiting for the courier today, your video made me hyped even more😆🤣
I agree. The battle is so smooth compared to the previous titles. It's just so much fun!
First time in my life I am playing a JRPG game for the story... that's how good this game is.
Bought this game cause of this review been a long time since I played a tales game but this made me hyped to jump back in and so far I'm loving it
That Persona 5 Royal third semester music is an incredibly nice touch to the video lol
Symphonia, Legendia and Abyss are my golden trio, I hope Arise lives up to them!
A solid 8/10 I would rate it
Thanks for the informative review! Better than many others I've seen.
The writing isn't the greatest, but combat is Hella fun
7 months later I still love the way they did the skits, I do see what you’re saying about newcomers perceiving them as low budget though.
Just picked this one up for my PS5 this morning, I've always liked the Tales games.
I like everything about Arise at the end of the day
But my favorite minor detail that no one will talk about is hearing your character’s foot steps
You know... I discovered your channel through 'Tales of' but we have been waiting so long! I forgot until now lol
For example the people who fund Movies are very particular about everything because of the sheer amount of money that goes into big budget films so something as arbitrary as a poster has to be done a certain way (hence why all Superhero movie posters are the same)
I would assume lifting the embargo a day early could be failsafe, in case the reviews don't do well. It also doesn't spread the hype out, the reviews come out, get people hyped, they buy the game.
It scratches that somewhat "LIGHT SOULS"
(Easy games that are somewhat similar to the SOULS franchise)
Code Vein - YS 8 - Tokyo Xanadu - Scarlet Nexus first come into mind when describing '"Light Souls"
It just went on sale, glad Matty has a video on this, i may buy it now

No idea how this will go, but Shion/Alphen is the first couple in a tales game that isn't completely cringey.
Combat is a blast, the story has been very good, and a bit heartbreaking in places so far. Just had a great twist. Very much looking forward to seeing how it goes.

This was the first tales game I was actually excited for lol
Well, I’m certainly sold. Awesome review Matty!

But I’m glad I bought this one and can’t wait to play it.
Finally was able to play this game based off your review and it’s great. I can’t recommend it enough and your review is perfect for it.

A question I have which could hopefully help others, as a disabled gamer are there any QTE’s or anything like that that could prove problematic?
I've played Tales of Vesperia and Tales of Berseria, there's no QTEs so don't worry, the games have difficult selection and you can change it at any point
Quick time events aren't really part of the series outside of one or two spinoffs years ago
While there aren't QTEs per se, you will have to hit the D-Pad to activate those boost attacks and you will need to be quick about it as it's only available for a small period of time when the enemy is stunned. Hope this helps, Dalton!
On sale now. I’m going to pick it up
I haven't tried Arise yet, Xillia is still my favorite.
Glad they don't turn the series into trash so called western appeal how Square Enix completely ruined Front Mission franchise
re: bosses
Same with you.
Just came here to say the first subtitled words said "cell mutations" lol
