This was the era when vehicles were on their way to safer. But today's SUVs are obviously significantly safer simply due to better structure and SIDE AIRBAGS!!!!
Brian O’Neil also started to become nicer 😂 jk, he always was but it was just around this time when he started to become pleased with the noticeable improvement in vehicles and wasn’t roasting car manufacturers as much anymore like he used to do in the mid 1990s when these test began lol

We use to have a 2004 Trailblazer. God I miss that thing so much.

Just a few years before they would all have failed so yes in retrospect these would not get that today - but these were at once brand new cars
This was also in 2002. If they compared this to today's cars there would be an obvious difference.
