Just purchased the audible book "What Should We Do?" from Joe Crisara. I believe Rick Picard did that training.
After watching tims role-play with Joe, that guy is absolutely trash and you can smell the bullshit coming from his mouth instantly. Rick on the other hand is someone people need to look up to for sales training
I say bull crap on 12 million a year impossible 60 to 70 sales per month no way for one person to do that
does rick not do much 'rapport building' or 'small talk' before getting into not the sale ?
