I am 54 and currently an HVAC student and I am becoming more interested in the Sales aspect of the profession than the Tech/Installer side.

Sell or be sold by grant cardone. That will atleast let you understand if sales is right for you
How are sales people paid? I know that base salary, commissions % and bonus’s are common but what are the average numbers?
It’s a wild range depending on the hvac company and the location. I’ve seen hvac sales people make 60k-200k if that’s what you are asking

im assuming its about 10% for commission only but maybe its less or a bit more???
