  • Having trouble receiving your OTP while setting up a Greynote account? Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
    1. Verify Your Email Address: Ensure that you have entered the correct email address.
    2. Check for Duplicate Accounts: Confirm that you haven't created a similar account with the same email address.
    3. Clear Your Inbox: Make sure your email inbox isn't full.
    4. Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
    If you’ve checked all these and still can't receive your OTP, click the "Need Help" button on the login page and select the "My Account is not Verified Yet" option. This will take you back to the OTP page, where you can request a new OTP after the timer runs out.
