Maruti 800 driver was already driving too fast. He was in a hurry to overtake and didn't timely alert the two wheeler driver. Then he panicked and started driving even faster. He had put everyone else in danger to run away from his own mistake.

Maruti driver was over taking from left i.e wrong acc to rules, heavy vehicles like car etc should overtake from right lane and even scooty driver is also wrong, he dont have side mirrors to check whether someone is coming from behind or not. both are wrong here.

Bhai, the second incident is completely Maruti 800 guys fault. He was unnecessarily driving so fast, the cut he took to overtake the scooty was also very close. imagine if was a jaywalker or an animal instead of the CBR driver crossing the road! That was complete rash driving by Maruti 800 guy, he did more damage to the CBR person than the scooty guy could have ever done to him 🙂.

This area is next to my office. This road is not safe for over speeding as there are too many slow-moving vehicles there. Also, he could've stopped anywhere as this area has people usually making it pretty safe.

@@skshamji8128 First part is from Ambagilu Kalsanka road, the accident happened on Udupi Manipal Road. The curious thing is the car driver seems to have taken a U turn somewhere and accident location is in opposite direction. It is an affluent area with many education institutions and people are pretty level headed, even with wide roads the speed limit is 50kmph, and car drivers paranoid actions are unjustifiable.

Actually these are minor cases if you consider that part of Karnataka. Hassan and Bangalore people have aggressive behaviours but the Udupi one surprised me. Those people are generally very polite. This is why even the one who got hit didn't behave in such a way that the scooty guy was behaving. Seems to be one of those Rotten tomatoes in the basket of fresh ones.
Karnataka, especially coastal Karnataka is one of the safest places to be in India where people are educated, cultured and helpful. The Alto guy got scared so much and gave into fearful driving. Only if said Sorry (which we don't hesitate to even if we are not wrong) to scooty teenager, this would have not happened.
Once the police come, they'll treat the scooty boy first then inquire about the losses. The police there are very efficient.

M800 is completely at fault. Driver feels he is in an online game. To save his skin he almost killed another innocent biker. He forgot he was sitting in a car, which in itself is a weapon. Definitely needs to retake his driving test.

Please view the complete video and not just the first few seconds of preview. Actually the bike driver was turning and could not estimate the speed of the 800. His only fault was not to take it to the left lane immediately. But even that was risky considering the crowded lane on the left. The guy chasing the car has created the situation 😢

Maruti 800 driver at fault for overtaking from left and endangering the scooty driver.
Car driver is going too fast as well if he could not stop in time, whenever there is a intersection you are supposed to go off throttle.
Having a dashcam can save a lot in these kind of situations. Even having an old Maruti 800 he has installed a dashcam. Rest should also learn from him for their own safety.

Tbh it was the fault of the 800 guy form the start,doing overtake with such close space, doing it from left lane and then the accident. 😑. It's understandable why 800 was running fast but if u are really so much concerned about your family you shouldn't be overtaking like that in first place.

If there is no point in taking actions against chapris .. then what is the use of complaining. If the vehicle number and owners image is captured, then police should take action against chapri. It's not because of the accident or other things involved. But for time. Time is an important factor. Lost time can't be regained. Just because of this chapri .. time was wasted for car driver, biker, police. In fact, they could have utilized this time for solving another case. In my opinion, courts should take value of time into consideration ( hmm .. how can they do it .. infact they enjoy highest salary but do very little work )
Maruti guy risked the life of scooty guy by overtaking the scooty from wrong side I think. So the fault is primarily of the maruti guy. What if the maruti had hit the scooty and he died or suffered serious injury? Does the scooty guy has no family ? Nobody waiting for him? Nobody dependent on him?
Car driver should have confronted the scooter guy because its a four lane highway and 2wheeler have shoulder lane for them to ride at safe speed and avoid any accidents at night time...here the guy on scooter was driving his scooter at slow speed that too high speed lane...car driver should have confronted the rider at the beginning itself with dashcam...Silly mistake by car driver,...cost him much more as he made big blunder of rear ending another bike who was at an intersection taking turn😢

That was too much speed for 800 even at night and road don't seems to be a highway, they should have sorted that out with scooty rider, crashing with cbr rider due to scooty rider is no excuse.
