I used to add sugar to my pumpkin or butternut bcos i was so addicted to sugar that wen i ate these foods initially, they did not taste sweet in my mouth…. This is my 2nd week 0f no sugar, no seed oils and no simple carbohydrates and guess wat? I enjoy my butternut and pumpkin wth no sugar at all, infact i can now taste the natural sweetness in them without adding any sugar… thanks alot for ur teachings Doc. Ur changing lives.

    Hey Doc,
I am very grateful to be here...
The explanation is very simple and clear. I am almost completing a month of no simple sugars, wheat and seed oil and no fruits except for ovacados.
    I won' t lie that I have not relapsed😂😂😂
The fact that I now understand the negative impacts of poor diet makes me more determined to stick to a clean diet.
One step at a time, God willing I will compare my health parameters come Dec, 2023
