  • The following practice is a 20 minute guided body scan meditation. Body scans encourage us to be present, curious, and compassionate toward our bodies exactly as they are, right now. During this meditation, you will be guided through breath awareness, bodily exploration, sensation awareness, and mindful self compassion.
