[ASMR] The sound of autumn coming, the sound of crickets (sleep induction 7h)

By the end of summer 2022....
I loved the sound of insects crying while sitting in the flower bed in front of my house, so I recorded the sound with my cell phone.
One day when I was suffering from insomnia, I fell asleep quickly while listening to this sound.
It became a sound that helped me sleep.
The sound quality may not be as good as when I first made it, but I share it with people who have trouble sleeping like me.

Sound is always with us.
I live in gratitude for the good fortune of being able to hear sound.
The sounds of nature calm the mind and lead to qualitative mental stability.
As someone who plays high decibel music, I needed these sounds.
And we share the sounds of nature with those who need them.
