A really fun shore dive - freediving Orchid Islands Blue Hole, its about 8 meters down the the entrance, and 16 meters swimming through inside, deeper if you wanna touch the very bottom.
Dive light used is the Ocratorch D500.

Well i thought the same but there is a technique before i used to hold my breath for 30 seconds now i can do it for 1 minute easily

I started freediving when I was 12, and since then on, I took it serious last year. I am being able to reach 5.30 min on static :D

clear water is the biggest secret. Next would be getting your contrast, color, highlights etc tuned in your video editor, which in my case is sony vegas. As for the gopro settings.... anything is fine. I'm using 1440p48

dude, never dive alone, even if you think its not too deep, you could get stuck inside there and start panicking, no one can help you

Yo , I was arguing with you about the vegan diet and how it was getting my head dizzy and how I got sick. I kept it going for one more week and I felt incredible I wouldn't consider myself a vegan but I have no desire in eating meat. First time losing a bet haha! definantly a good decision for anyone bashing veganism , they should give it a month try atleast.
Why do freedivers always have a snorkel, but I never see them use it? (Question from an aspiring freediver!)
We using them on the surface for swimming around. Before you dive down, you will be face down in the water, breathing up looking down at where you want to dive, focus, relax, breath deep through the snorkel, body stays perfectly still. Then when diving down, snorkel will removed from mouth and go.

There is some tutorial on holding breath on my channel. I dont do any training. Took my a couple weeks to get to my current level of freediving.

how important dive watch for freediver?
+ANDREAS KUSWANDONO Not really required, just safety or to keep record of how deep you've gone, how many dives you did, furthest depth and all that etc, etc...
ANDREAS KUSWANDONO I dived without one for awhile when i was getting started. But its really difficult to know your depth, dive time, and required surface recovery time without it. When I started I just had a rope marked with the depth, and would just wait at least 2 minutes before going down again, but a watch really helps.

I think they should have underwater relays for freedivers to race by instead of this unholy depth attempts. I just can't get enough FreediverHD. Gracefull desperation may appear unleathal but only to idiots who don't appreciate sport. I"m thinking of starting a cartel....unionize freediver racing!

T W All you underwater freaks...quit goin' deep and get some laps in @ 15 feet. We'll (I mean my cartel/union) will also put in some vertical as well as horizontal turns. Maybe even get some pieces that look like caves....
T W Learn to swim sideways. I mean like with your ear pointed to the ground...of course underwater. You'll need earplugs but you'll become the Dolphin.
