Pcos here/was told I wouldn't get pregnant. Both pregnancies I had was after hanging around pregnant women in their 1st trimester. Just a thought if anyone wants to try it.

I'm 43. I have to do some blood work on Wednesday (not a 21 day) . I've had my levels done before and yeah my AMH is in the negatives, so I have changed some things up, but I'm still anxious. My doctor wants me to use a donated embryo and give up on trying for my own. I also have an HSG next week. I have to go the sperm donor route. I track my cycle, but I still don't know my ovulation. I'm good with my supplements and I'm working on my diet.
I really need your help how to put me through to get pregnant I'm not 42 years please I really need you the supplements that I will be taking that boast my ovulation I am no longer menstruating

It all really depends what you're looking to do, and what the root cause problem is. That dr send me medicine thru courier
I had pcos, lost weight 60+ lbs and made a world of difference. I felt so much better and almost immediately became pregnant when I started trying after my weightloss goal was reached. I can't tell you the exact amount of pounds because I became discouraged looking at the scale all the time. I went by pants size. I was in an 18/20 and got down to a 10/12. It will help so much and make for a healthier pregnancy. I basically cut out sodas and junk food. I kept stuff in the house I actually had to prepare/cook in order to consume. No microwave junk or chips, real food. I kept fruit for snacks. If you have to cook/prepare it and it takes some effort the chances are your actually hungry and not eating out of boredom or comfort. I tried Metformin and it killed my stomach. I just couldn't do it. Even a bit of weightloss is a plus. Don't be discouraged. It's changing your bad eating habits and feeling healthier that's the key, in my opinion. The last several abdominal scans and checkups I've had have only indicated one tiny cyst on my right ovary. I now have 2 healthy beautiful children, a boy and a girl. Had my last at 40.
